They will not fix a dent or scratch of basically any kind...
Bought a brand new car from this dealership, in person I was assured that if I purchased the paint protection, any dents or scratches would be covered and fixed for free. Me and the salesman had a long conversation about this where he told me chips or small scratches in paint will be covered with my paint protection.
Well someone opened their door and dinged my car. Very small about the size of a penny, but hey I have the warranty so I'm good right? Wrong. They now tell me that if ANY paint is missing (even if there is just a small dot) they will not touch it.. and that paint warranty? Now that only covers fading they say. This is not at all what I was told in person when buying this expensive car and warranty.. Otherwise the dealership is pretty good.. but if they lie during sales then what else are they lying about? Hopefully nothing ever goes wrong with this car because now I fear even with the extended warranty I will be left with no help from these people.

Great customer service! I came in for a free anti-theft software update and Angel went above and beyond to help me. I came out with a freshly washed car and a few small issues fixed along with the software update for only $10. Will definitely be using them again. The great customer care made my day.

Edit 1: mail sent to the owner as advised, no answer yet ...*Certified used vehicles? Warranty Forever? I lost a lot of money with them ...*Warranty Forever-is a third party insurance, and is not covering a very common power train problem, high oil consumption.*There is a Technical service bulletin related to high oil consumption, they didn't follow that procedure, instead they asked me to tear down the engine hoping that the insurance will cover the cost, but the insurance is not covering this type of defect.*The recommended oil for GDI engines is full synthetic, their service is using synthetic blend. The problem with this thing is that, synthetic blend is amplifying the carbon building, a common problem for this engine, plus, for most of the oil brands, the percent of the synthetic is unknown.*Certified used vehicles-from my point of view certification was not properly done.

Our salesman Don and the Used car manager Ethan made our car buying experience phenomenal. They make car buying a fun experience when normally it's not. There was not any back and forth games with the price and our trade in. They were honest and direct. We recommend this dealer to anyone who is in the market for any car.

This service department is the absolute worst. My wife came in here after hearing strange engine noises and asked someone to look at it. The service manager drove our 2016 Kia Sorento around the block, came back and said it was fine and he would have no issue putting his wife and child in it. Two days later the the engine seized due to a recall issue that was never fixed. We bought this car used from them at 74k miles and at 86k miles the motor failed. They told Kia mailed us recall messages that we never received but we brought the car there for service multiple times and they never addressed it. Worst was that they said the second owner does not get the 10 year/100k mile warranty. We paid out of pocket for a new engine, $5500 to be exact. Eddie is a snake oil advisor or totally incompetent. Shady business practices to sell subpar vehicles. I recommend doing business elsewhere.

My wife and I recently visited Royal Kia, and I was fortunate enough to meet one of the best salespeople I've worked with at a car dealership. Even though I didn't make a purchase, I was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and helpfulness. He was never pushy or aggressive, and he always respected our decisions. I appreciated his honesty and transparency, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a car. Even though I didn't buy from him, I left the dealership with a positive impression. Thank you for the excellent service!

I liked that everyone is so kind upon arrival. Eddie goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. You have a nice sitting area for your customers inside and out if you need to make a phone call. You also have a nice play area separate for children to play in.

Service department is not good. My wife set up an appointment to get her heater looked at at 11 am. At 2 pm she called and they haven't even got it in yet. Why make an app. if they take all day.

We have purchased two cars from Kia. Isis Brown was an excellent professional with the sale, she made the process seamless and she really understood our needs. She was very knowledgeable with the different model car features and quick to work with her team to get answers. Isis also worked efficiently with the financing and she was clear about all the documents she needed. She has been 100% responsive to all our post sale questions and needs. She spent an abundance of time showing us all the features of cars and never made us feel rushed or like our concerns were not valid or heard - she was AWESOME! We also worked with the manager TJ regarding our trade in and he was honest and fair and very nice. So go to Kia for your 2023 car purchase and ask for Isis and TJ and you won't be disappointed.

Isis is amazing. I didn't feel like I was pressured. I went in looking for a brand new car to find out there was a wait for what I thought I wanted. Isis asked me if I would be interested in pre owned and I wasn't even entertaining the idea but glad I did. I drove home in a fully loaded pre owned Kia Sportage. It is great! I traded in my Mercedes' and have to say I love my Kia so much more. It's quiet, has pep, and the forever warranty is the bomb!!! May even get a Sorrento next...

If I could give zero stars I would. When you have an 8:00am appt and you drive 3.5 hours to get there, and as soon as you walk in the service advisor Jennifer tells you well we will get in information to you by 4pm and and then you call at 12:01pm to get an update and here nothing back from your service advisor for 1 hour and half. Well then you call again finally she pickups up and say of we figured out the issues states the price. I told her no we will do this at a different time. I will swing by and get the vehicle. She then tells me oh no we still aren't ready we need to run it thorough the wash. Ok I will be by in an hour. Then I get there 1.5 hrs later and she forgot to get the service tech to do the other update. Now I have to wait even longer. Now mind you none of this is communicated to me at all. I'm the freakin customer here. Needless to say Marc Kia just gained a new customer. Horrible experience because is a horrible service advisor. If you have a choice don't let her be your advisor.
