Great selection of items, can always find what I came in for. Not enough cashiers at checkout. Checkout lines are long and slow.

The people that work there are always nice and the store has a large selection. BUT almost every time I go in, someone is running out with something they didn't pay for. Ross pays security agents who just yell at the thieves on the way out. Today, I was there less than ten minutes and THREE people stole while security just screamed at them disturbing the whole store. It makes the store look trashy and the employees look like idiots. I don't know what the solution is but you should do better by your employees and customers.

I like Ross Dress for Less but I have been inside this store a few times and each time, the line to pay is long and slow. I don’t want to spend a lot of time standing in line so I check the line before I start shopping. Needless to say, I haven’t been shopping in the store. This is my unsolicited feedback and hopefully management can improve by shortening and speeding up the waiting line.

Horrible horrible!!!! It’s understandable for ross to have 2 registers open. But 1 register????? With 10 different shoppers waiting I. Line to purchase. And 1 cashier that doesn’t care to be faster scanning everything super slow???? He’ll nooo that is so rude. The supervisor or manager just talking to another employee watching everyone waiting impatiently. Do not shop here if you don’t have an extra 30 minutes to 1 hour to spare for the line.
It is 3:45 pm June 17. We asked a guy employee clocking out if he was opening another register he said very happily “no I’m not, im clocking out, I don’t even know how to use a register” his way of saying it though was not cool for us all waiting customers.

It was pretty poor. In summation, I had purchased some Calvin Klein socks from another location and threw away the receipt as I am finishing up unpacking from a move. They were $9.99 before tax.
I walked in with the item in the bag, and the alarm went off as the original selling associate forgot to remove the EAS tag. The associate refused to take it off. And immediately called security over to talk to me instead of doing so themselves. They said they wouldn't do it even if I would show them the electronic proof of purchase. I interpreted the experience as saying I stole the item.
Then, the security guard smiled at me and encouraged me to continue shopping with Ross! Why would I do that? Especially when other stores like Home Goods and Burlington are offering the same or better products and don't call me a thief when their associates forget to remove an EAS tag.
Ross will never see any more of me or my money. Maybe Ross can re-educate their associates and CEO's where their pay checks come from.

Waited 2nd in line for 15 minutes as 1 cashier helped someone at the jewelry counter and 2 others sat and talked and laughed and ignored everyone else in line. Trashiest Ross I've been to in Tucson. Glad to say I'll never go back to this one.

I was accused of being with a guy that ran out with a pair of shoes because I commented about the color of the shoes, the loss prevention guy was sure that we were working together, I never met the guy before. Loss prevention people were caught sleeping on job and wanted to make someone pay didn't matter who I guess. I live right next door and spend about 100 a month there, not anymore!!!! Never ever again will I set foot in a Ross or affiliate store again.. and I am going to warn all my friends about their accusing me. Even if I did know the guy there's nothing they could do to me so why accuse me of stealing, I know the laws pretty well and if I was rich my lawyers would be sueing for slander!!! This store has really gone downhill, in merchandise and employees.
