The owner is very nice. Note, very little English. There are lots of options to pick from. She can make custom items if requested. The store is very cramped, hard to walk around and explore. It's a little pricey for what you are buying, but I am happy with my purchase.

Worst customer service the lady’s there are really rude don’t even make you feel welcome they look at you with intimidation rolling there eyes I honestly don’t recommend this location

Would highly recommend this craft store if you are wreath making, ? flowermaking, even making centerpieces for every occasion, a nice and big variety of supplies. Helpful workers. Very nice polite, and would definitely go back and shop.
