Great experience. Friendly staff. Ending up spending less money than anticipated. This was a huge relief. And my little Monster didn’t seemed bothered by the visit. Great vet and staff. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Great common sense in caring for my barn cats. Really listened to what I needed and didn’t push any additional care I didn’t want. Very friendly and professional. Dr Depugh was first class. And vet tech Toni was knowledgeable and thorough. Highly recommend.

Vet & staff were friendly, easy to work with & knowledgeable. My only issue was, when asking about vaccine price, I was told $36 but it turns out there is a 2nd shot needed making the price $72 total. Just would've been nice to be told that at the beginning. Thank you & I will be back!!

This is not the first time at River Toad Pet Clinic
We left four years ago and came back and would wanted to re-establish with the clinic instead of going anywhere else.

Dr. Crocker is great but the new vet Dr. Vega is the worst! No compassion and terrible at explaining options with any sense of caring. This practice is way over priced.

Finally found a great place for my pets. I have 2 Diabetic cats and also one dog. We have had to visit lots. Dr Crocker is awesome. Love the techs. Highly recommend!

I brought my dog Emma in for her first Cytopoint injection. She had been on daily oral Apoquel, prescribed by Dr Crocker, for quite some time. Apoquel helped relieve allergy symptoms such as itchy skin for Emma. When I brought my other dog Mollie in for a sore paw the week before, I saw a brochure about Cytopoint, & I asked about it. I was told about it & that it would not require an office visit if I brought her in for just the Cytopoint injection . I decided to try the injection, which would hopefully replace daily oral Apoquel. When I got there yesterday, it turned out she did need a veterinary exam and so the whole thing ended up costing a lot more than I had anticipated. So that’s my only complaint. I felt I was misled & misinformed.

One of the best vet visits I’ve been to since having kitties for the past 43 years. My husband and I were coming to River Road Pet Clinic somewhat cynical having just had a very poor experience at another vet office. But they easily won us over and settled our, well my, anxiety.
They did not try to suggest our kitty needed all these special tests or treatments even though she has kidney disease. Her symptoms are well managed and is relatively healthy right now. They just went over what symptoms would be of concern and saying to bring her back in then. (Her last vet wanted me to bring her every three months to complete a $300 blood test regardless of her symptoms or lack thereof).
This vet is a breath of fresh air. So happy I made the switch!!

Stanley LOVES going to visit his friends at River Road Pet Clinic. We have been going there for years and it is without a doubt one of his favorite places to go. Dr. Crocker is fantastic!
