If I could give Rick more stars I would. I needed service on my propane system on my Motorhome, couldn't find a filling station with a certified person to fill it up. I ended up coming right down to the wire. Called Rick, he almost immediately found the problem. Next day, he had the part, installed it and had me ready to go on a trip I've been waiting months to go on. Far better price than I would have paid if I would have went to one of the big guys and they would never have got it done as fast or affordable. When it comes down to it, check with Rick first, don't waste your time with the big guys. He fixed it today, I leave tomorrow. Thank you so much

The leveling jacks on my RV were inoperable in the down position. I was stranded. Rick was able to squeeze me into his busy schedule and get me back on the road. Highly recommend.

Do yourself a favor and avoid RICK at all costs! They scammed my mom out of money and never finished the work. They are no longer in business at this location and all those pictures are old! This guy is now working for another RV repair company to hide his shady business practices.

Rick stopped by in November and looked at a problem we had with our 5th wheel landing gear. Seemed to know what he was doing, said he would work things out with the warranty company and get the parts ordered. It is now the middle of February and he hasn't done anything except make empty promises that he would get this going. He obviously has trouble managing his work calendar and his customers suffer for it. I would not recommend Rick or his company....

Excellent shop! Rick and Ryann were very capable, knowledgeable, and friendly and they were able to find and resolve my electrical problem within a very reasonable amount of time. Was able to get an appointment within a week and their labor rate was very reasonable. I would definitely use again and recommend to others.

I am a first time RV owner who has the typical love/hate relationship with my brand new Forest River FR3. Before I got it home to Tucson, from the Texas dealer (via Minnesota), one of the slides failed and I had a list of problems as long as my arm. One of the other slides has since failed - they fixed that better than new too. Finding Rick and his team has saved my sanity!!!! They helped me get everything fixed up just the way it should be. They have custom modified the things I wanted changed and repaired additional components that have failed and those I have broken because I'm a dope!. We have added an extra air conditioner; fabricated the engine grill grating which Forest River omitted; repaired and re-screened the walk-thru door; serviced the generator twice; finished a ladder recall and replace; installed a tow bar, vehicle tow plates and torpedoes for my tow car; installed an awesome mud flap across the back; fixed all the lights and mirrors that fell off. I LOVE THESE GUYS and I just had another appointment where they installed super springs and more sway bar suspension mods as well as routine generator, battery, A/C & furnace service...and they found a broken weld they repaired on the entry step unit. They do quality, lasting, professional work; they're honest and best of all, I have never been overcharged for anything - super fair pricing. I PROMISE YOU CANNOT GO WRONG WITH THIS TEAM. I'm so lucky I found them.

I had a follow up service from Rick's RV and once again service was exceptional. Devon and Ryann were very good at quickly diagnosing our problem and then making the needed repairs. Devon went out of his way to ensure that everything looked in tip top shape and worked diligently at returning the underbelly covering to like new condition at the end of the extensive work. Highly recommended!

I had called a local mobile repair twice and never received a call back so I called Rick's mobile repair which was much further away and he was here in a couple of hours. He quickly found the problem and determined what part was needed. It took a week for the part to come from the east coast. The repairman came the next day and took less than an hour to complete the repair. I greatly appreciate the efficiency and professionalism. I will definitely call Rick's for future repairs. I highly recommend them.
