Bought a full price top of the line xchair on Saturday. Monday it was on sale $300 off. We will see if they credit me the $300. I’m disappointed the sales guy didn’t have more integrity and tell me about the sale.Follow up. They honored the sale price and refunded me $300. Very happy.

Buyer beware- all sales are final. These are very expensive products for the vendor to not stand behind. I purchased a full price new seat pad for nearly $400. A 400 dollar seat pad. It didn’t work out. Thought it would help in my car. But it didn’t. Tried to return on same date of purchase. They would not accept return of clean unused item with original tags same day as purchase.It is impossible to know whether or not these will help w back pain immediately so a reasonable return policy would benefit the customer. I’m fact, receipt states they have a 30 day return policy.Before you spend 2000 dollars in a chair would want to know it is returnable prior to giving your credit card. I was told by the manager that the sale was final and he would not budge. I’ve never run into this type of sales policy before anywhere. I’m not sure how they even get away with this or how much longer they will be in business so I’ guessing the warranty means nothing too.

Six months ago I visited Relax the Back for the first time. My lower back was chronically painful, although I found some relief from exercising. I finally decided that I had to have a decent ergonomic chair to support my back during working hours, so I ended up at the store on Oracle.I was greeted by a knowledgeable rep who seemed passionate about back health. I learned a lot from him as he asked me questions about my concerns, work habits, etc. After lots of looking and talking and comparing, I purchased an X Tech chair which fits me to a T. Now here's the amazing part: This chair is not only comfortable and supportive while I'm using it, it has actually healed my back. I'm pain-free as long as I use my chair for part of the day. I'm gardening, walking, playing ping-pong and generally feeling much better since this purchase. Thanks, Relax the Back!

About six months ago, I purchased an Estasi Technogel Mattress for $4650. Worst bed I've ever slept in. Traded it for the firmer Sereno for roughly a thousand dollars less. Yet it cost me $700 more to switch them out. I had hoped the Sereno would be a more comfortable bed, but it wasn't. That's two now of the 4 mattresses in the line. Very bad mattresses. i didn't try the other two because they have latex in them and I can't afford another $700 to switch again, so I think I'm stuck. I put a 2 inch memory foam topper on it and I'll live with it. But I'm very unsatisfied and do not recommend Relax The Back. Sorry, gang. Now I go to a chiropractor to help get rid of back and hip pains. I have a limp I never had before using these mattresses. If you do buy the mattresses, don't buy the adjustable frame which causes the center of the mattress to weaken where it folds. Just do your homework on this bed and try it out for a long time before you buy. BUYER BEWARE!!

WOW not what I was expecting! I went in to Relax The Back because a friend recommended it to me since she has purchased from them before. I was a little skeptical at first about it because I though they were going to be pushy. Completely opposite, extremely friendly staff everyone was very knowledgeable Juan explained what a difference a good pillow makes and now I am sleeping better then ever! Who would have known a pillow makes a big change in sleep!gentleman there Juan, He was awesome!! He was very knowledgeable, and super helpful. Not to mention very polite.That guy is manager material for shure!!!!?????

My mother bought plenty of great quality stuff here, two chairs and 4 beds for about 15,000 dollars. She was happy. But there were recalls on the chairs and she was never notified. Then when one of the chairs needed servicing, they couldn't help her, but gave her the phone number of a guy called Sam. Unfortunately my mother is 87 years old and is vulnerable,-- Sam came to her home, demanded 200 dollars and took apart her chair and said he couldn't fix it. Then Sam called back and said he can now fix the chair for 400 dollars! That would be a total of 600 dollars! The feeling I have from this place makes me sick.
