Came in with brake issues - left the same day with a working bike - fantastic service! Helpful, knowledgeable, and very fair price. One of many reasons that I am happy to be an REI member!

All of the associates I interacted with at this location were incredibly friendly and helpful! The store had a great selection of merchandise across the categories REI caters to, and they had some prints and stickers done by local artists which I really enjoyed as a visitor to the area.

William helped me pick out a backpacking pack for over an hour and gave me tips for my first trip! He helped me find the right size bag for my trip and one that fits me best and set me up for success!
