My move was somewhat complicated. I had two parts to it one was a local move that I needed storage for a couple months and then I was moving stuff across country to my kids. Lynette scheduled my appointment and showed up to serve my move she was very professional and I could tell she knew her job very well. We agreed to the price and the dates. Prior to move day the Olivia contacted me and gave me times and info for my move. Move day the crew showed up right on time they were in uniform and very professional in how they explained what they where going to do and did. I was very impressed in how they protected my home (floors and doorways). They provided me with a written inventory as to what they were taking to storage in Tucson and what was going across country. After they left the office contacted me with the actual weights and charges for the move I have to say Lynette nail my estimate within a few 50 pounds of her estimate. My move across country went off without a hitch the items delivered on time and they were in perfect shape. The local storage shipment just delivered to my new home in Tucson and everything is in perfect shape. Every part of this move from Lynette to Olivia to the dispatcher Alex and His crews has been no less than perfect. I can't say enough good things about Ralph's moving and Storage both my move's have been flawless

Do not use Ralph's if you like your things! Rob claimed they were experienced at moving valuable items, but our nice art was packed and transported haphazardly, some of it only partially covered. We had missing items and damage to numerous items -- broken chairs, broken furniture legs, nicks, dents, and tears. We tried multiple times to file a claim and spent more than a year and a half waiting for our claim to 'process' and then waiting for a check to come, after Rob assured us that a check was in the mail. Of course, the check never came. I'm attaching just a few of our many damage photos to this review. Please do yourself a huge favor and do not use Ralph's!

From a driver's stand point. There yard was I credibly clean. By the time I got there 1/2 the shipment was already broken out. These folks were on point. There was no complaining about anything. Dispatcher was very cool. Thanks ?

Ralph's gave me a delivery time between 12 and 4, i do work form home to schedule all my calls for the mooning and arranged for our contractor to be here to accept delivery. i get a call at 9:30 that the delivery will be made in 10 min. i called the office and was told because the "precalled" me i had to accept delivery or pay to reschedule, When i spoke to the manager he said it was just a little early, little early two hours ???????? to your self a favor and pick a company with a better front office, this place is the worst. All that said, the drivers were amazing and very helpfulI only accepted delivery AFTER your dispatch told me i would have to pay to reschedule. You gave me no other choice.

This is the 4th move we have made and the worst. While they were on-time packing, the van driver was a day late coming to load. He stated that he had let Ralph's know a week ago that he was going to be a day late. That was never communicated, as a result our house was all packed and had to spend an extra day in a hotel. When we arrived at our distination, of the four flat screen TV's, two were broken. One looked like it had be dropped and the screen was cracked, and the other looked like it had had something sit on the screen and broke the LED board inside. We also had our piano leg broken and one dining table chair spindle broken. They hide the broken dining room chair in the storage room behind several boxes so it wasnt discovered until 4 days after unloading. The final straw was the person that came to give us the quote, stated that one of Atlas' services was hauling away the empty boxes and packing material after. When I went to call and arrange the empty box pickup, was told that services was an additional $250. That was NOT how it was explained to me, I was told it was part of the original quote, but the sales person denied saying that. As a result, I would NEVER used Ralph's and Atlas Van Lines again. I have always had good luck with Mayflower in the past and will definitely be going back to them in the future.

Still waiting on my cabinet that Ralph's Moving and Storage lost. They said they finally found it and would get back to me .... They said I could drive down from Phoenix and pick it up if I wanted to. This is the second time they lost part of my order at the beginning back in October. They lost this cabinet recently in December hopefully it will get delivered before February...

I've had multiple deliveries from this company and each time they end up not showing up on the delivery date, and won't even call beforehand to let me know they will not deliver it the day of. I end up having to call the manager from the delivery company and the company I ordered the items just to get the item back on the delivery schedule. Save yourself the hassle and go with another company.

Go see my update! I can’t make this up!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I’ve had THE WORST experience with this company!! My delivery was set for a Wednesday. I hadn’t heard anything so I called that Monday and made sure It was running on time because my delivery was big and required me home. They said yes and they would call me. I never heard from them so I called on Wednesday. They said it was coming and they would call me, never happened. The next 2 days I called and they said it would be here Friday. Never happened, and once again they never called. They next Monday I called again. They said it would be delivered Tuesday. They didn’t show and THEY NEVER CALLED! So I called them AGAIN and asked if they were still coming. She reached out to the driver who didn’t answer so we assumed they were still coming. I called again at 4pm as it’s getting late, she reached out to the driver who said “he accidentally only picked up half my order and didn’t think it would be fair if he delivered it that way”. I wonder if it’s fair I've taken 3 days off? They’ve done this to me every time I’ve called and let me point out.. THEY'VE NEVER NEVER ONE TIME CALLED ME!!! I asked to speak to a manager, I left voicemails with no call back. I tried again today and they said next Tuesday! It’s been 18 days since my original date and I have no info as to why they can’t get it to me or call me!! Maybe they will call me back now???? DO NOT USE THEM! They suck.Update: Today is week 3 and I was expecting their delivery today! They called me and asked how my delivery was.. I explained I hadn’t got it yet. She said she would call me back and never did. The company that hired this joke of a company also called them and they confirmed the delivery. It’s now 8pm and I’m comfortable enough to confirm it’s not coming AGAIN!

We had a horrible experience with Ralph’s. They initially lost part of our cabinet order from Loews which held up our project by a month. They did reorder, but have now failed to deliver it twice on days they said they would. When we call there is no manager available to speak to and our messages aren’t returned. We are still waiting on our missing pieces. Very disappointing.

This company promised delivery today of our new kitchen cabinets. At mid-day, I called them to see when to expect delivery. They said 'Sorry' something messed up and your boxes did not get on the trucks for today. Delivery would be slid for four days. This messed up the contractor's schedule. Ralph's had no option to correct their mistake in a timely fashion like maybe working overtime or finding another truck to complete their obligation. I caution anyone using Ralph's not to set up critical schedules based on any commitment they provide.

Almost every cabinet had some kind of damage. Two were clearly dropped. And now, the replacements have been sitting at Ralph's for 5 days. They scheduled a delivery for yesterday but "forgot to save it in the system". I get it, people make mistakes. The next available was two days later. I agreed and asked if i could please be at the beginning of the day. I was now given a window of 4:30 to 8:30 pm, so after waiting an additional 2 days because of their mistake, that day will be shot, too. This is 2 upper cabinets that would fit in the back of my suv and the place is 3.5 miles away. They've had my cabinets for 5 days now. It'll be 6 by the time they deliver them. 0 stars.

Owner was verbally abusive, nobody returns calls, owner refused to make delivery, hung up on me. They missed their first scheduled delivery entirely and said if i came to try to retrieve my cabinets myself they'd call the police on me. Never have i ever been treated with such disdain by a business. I filed complaints with BBB, the seller, and the manufacturer who hired them. Lowes staff confirmed they receive regular complaints about Ralph's and would prefer the manufacturer not to use them.
