Went to DDs to buy my two girls some undergarments, then walked in here cause its right next door to find some jeans/pants for my girls. When i walked in, there was a girl folding clothes who welcomed me and i started browsing. As i started getting to the back of the store, some taller older woman tells me I have to leave my bag up front to shop there??? I told her i just came from next door and i had ONE SMALL bag. She’s then said that’s their rules. She irritated me so much because it was obvious that small bag which was already full, wasnt gonna hold much more anyway and if i just PAID for things somewhere else, why wouldn’t i be paying here??? she could have quietly watched me from a distance if she wanted…. I’ll just go to target where they don’t treat me like a thief…I see other comments mentioning this as well…maybe train the staff on courtesy…. Not the younger girl though, she was chill…

Really love this store but I'm a big girl and I don't like to buy clothes I can't try on. Love there clothes it just sucks with no fitting rooms. I live far so when I come to town I love coming here. You would sell more if had fitting rooms thank you

The store staff is very friendly and nice! But, the clothes here have changed so much. The patterns are hideous, the dresses look tacky, and the styles are not classy. I used to shop here for cute bohemian styles, like tie dye and what not. Now I’m staying away. This place (rainbow in general) used to be a gem…I honestly think rainbow dropped the ball with whoever their designer or buyer is now.

Friendly staff, very cute clothes and great fashion jewelry.. it's all so inexpensive. Love going to Rainbow!The only problem is there aren't any fitting rooms. So if you buy something, all you'll get is store credit :/

I have been a fan of Rainbow Shops for some time. I really love the online shopping. The clothes are cute, inexpensive and you don't have to sacrifice fashion if you are plus-size. Same clothes across the board. And, the delivery is quick and dependable.

The staff is very nice, but the clothing is very poor quality. This is the first time I've worn these leggings and they are shredding. I literally just popped the tag off of them an hour ago. For $7 I could have gotten a pair of legging almost anywhere else that wouldn't fall apart.
