I live right next to the store a new employee thinks telling customers they don't except 100 dollar bills means the same as exact change and gave me an attitude about it. I had to go break change at circle k to go back and I had to explain to him the sign says exact change nothing about 100 dollar bills. This place needs to be rid of employees like this. Can't believe this guy refused to break change for a customer that's always there and other people break 100 dollar bills all the time. 6:47pm Tuesday.

CHECK YOUR PRICES BEFORE YOU PAY!!!! I PURCHASED TWO SEPARATE ITEMS THAT WERE PRICED INCORRECTLY, I ADVISED THE MANAGER OF THE PRICE DISCREPANCY AND WAS TOLD THAT SHE COULD NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT... GOT A HOLD OF THE GENERAL MANAGER JOE I DIDN'T EVEN GET AN APOLOGY.

Judy has discriminate quite a few people of color. She's very racist & should be removed. We're contacting an attorney on. Doesn't quitmart know what kind of people they hired? Now they will! This took place on ft.lowell/mountain.

For the most part i've gotten what i've wanted from here, but today was told to give id when buying a lighter which is fine but was then told I have to be 21 to buy a lighter when I believe requirement is 18. At least every other place it is. I don't believe you have to know much to work here but at least knowing that much would be nice. That was one sale not at quick mart and quickly sold to Circle K down the street

WARNING: This place is NOT LGBTQ+ friendly.Deliberately/aggressively misgendered my girlfriend. According to other reviewers they are also racist. If you notice most of the good reviews are from white folks. If you're not white and at least straight/cis passing, be safe: go elsewhere.

All employees I’ve encountered here are so nice, personable, and they’ve kept this attitude even working the same late night hours through the pandemic.. at this point they’re understaffed and I’ve never seen a convenience store more deserving of recognition and praise. My most recent trips here were with the blonde lady who I think is a manager (I’m sorry I don’t look at name tags as much as I should), a younger man who told me about a wine subscription I might like (I looked into it and I do so thank you), and Torri, who was exhausted but still sooooo sweet and professional to anyone who came in. I’m so happy this is my neighborhood store

Do not go after 11 pm when the balding dark-haired man is working. Every interaction with him is completely racist. Just kept me waiting for several minutes while he tended to unnecessary tasks. On a past occasion he showed frustration with Lisa for giving me and another black customer hugs & greetings.

Numerous times now that I'm trying to make a quick stop, but the cashier is in the back and im kept waiting for more 5+ minutes. I ended up leaving this time. Feel bad for the others 4 ppl in line that kept waiting.... I understand there might be some backend work to do, but that is no reason not to be greeted, acknowledged, or asked to be patient.
