They are fraudulent thieves. I took my truck in to their service dept and they tried to tell me that the fuel pump ruptured and came apart and contaminated the fuel system and it was going to be $16,000 to repair. We had questions as the truck had a kit on it that is supposed to prevent contamination of the fuel system should a failure occur. The tech could not answer my husbands questions and admitted to us that "he didn't know what he was looking at." Don't you think you'd figure that out before you call someone and tell them it's going to cost $16,000? They are absolute crooks! They also put on my invoice that there were parts from my truck in the backseat- there were no parts in the backseat! I got the truck outta there shop as fast as I could and took it to a diesel mechanic shop. They spent close to 2 weeks tearing the entire fuel system and pump out. There is absolutely no contamination of the fuel system nor is the pump "ruptured," and falling apart as they stated to me! I have reached out as I want resolution and I'd like to know where the hell are the missing parts to my truck that they said they put in the backseat. So far, as of this writing they will neither call me or reply to my email.

I expect to pay more for going to the dealer, but you get factory service and parts and for a complex job, I preferred to bring my vehicle in after a serious engine issue arose after only 85k miles. But the quality of service is absolutely terrible. You have to schedule an appointment with very unskilled operators, without talking to a service agent. Most of the time they don't answer the phones and it takes days to get a return call. Finally, I was given a $10k estimate for a new engine along with 2 other totally non-related "recommendations". I asked about a suspected water pump issue and if they even diagnosed the root cause, or evaluated the vehicle for specific damage, but the service agent just blew that off and said "they don't do that kind of repair" and would only replace the entire engine. So I called my local-owned service team out of state. Turns out, the issue is very likely a well known Ford water pump failure that is the source of a major class action lawsuit. My local-owned team said it is often repairable for much less than I was quoted. I decided to have the vehicle towed out of state to my local team that I trust, and is willing to take the time to truly diagnose problem and isn't conflicted with class action lawsuits. I've loved my car, but when the Service team can't bring knowledge and insight to a catastrophic early life failure - it speaks to a bigger issue with the company. Sell $FORD now and avoid Jim Click in Tucson.

Called to have our truck looked at cuz the transmission is leaking. The guy told me their computers are down and he will call me in a couple weeks when they work again. They are so horrible they can't even book people to come in for repairs. It's gonna be 2024 and this isn't some small time ford place, it's the biggest in Tucson. Horrible service don't ever go here

For a while, when I tried to make an appt, it took about 2 months to get in there. This time, it only took a few days. My service rep was awesome. She let me know what I needed and how much it would cost. There were no surprises when I picked up my car.

Definitely the best place to buy and service your car. They are very busy because of this. However, they are very good at their job and very courteous. Sebastian has been my service manager and is a great team member. They keep records of everything, so when it's time to trade, they know what they have.

I don't know what to say other than if you have no other choice, like it's them or the junk yard, then maybe. I've tried twice over the last few years and the service is just terrible. I will not ever buy a Ford again because of this dealership. I take my vehicle there and then end up having nothing done and having to take it elsewhere.

A great part of the experience was working with Chris Schrell in the service department. She was courteous, explained everything in detail, and friendly. One thing to note, is that I told her of a couple of things to look out for when servicing the vehicle. While most places i've been to brush it off, she asked me to show her in detail what I meant. On the service invoice, I saw that she transcribed the info to the service team. The repair was quick, and I have no complaints of the service done to my vehicle.Only have 2 complaints:1). I was scheduled for an 8:30 am drop off on Monday, and after not hearing anything for hours, called and was told they won't be able to diagnose it until tomorrow morning. If you can't get the car in to be looked at on the day you schedule it to be dropped of, then what's the point? That inconveniences the customer, being away from their vehicle longer then required.2). It seems to be a recurring problem, according to the google reviews, that no one at this dealership listens to or replies to voicemails. I left a couple messages and never got calls back, only when I got connected with someone did my questions get answered. That's frustrating from a customer perspective.Overall, this is a good place to get warranty work done. If it was other maintenance, i'd probably go somewhere else.

I have bought 4 trucks from this dealer, and when the time comes for my 5th truck, I will come back. Recently purchased a '22 F350 with 6000 miles on it. Had an electronic issue that was outside of the manufactures warranty, yet management decided covering the problem was "the right thing to do". Special thanks to Dave Pickens, my salesman who was instrumental, as well as my service representative, Eugene. Both of them went to bat for me. The Jim Click Ford team is first rate and if you are looking to buy a vehicle, Dave is who I recommend.

Had my car towed on February 26th, 2023. After waiting 4 weeks for a diagnosis, Gene, my service rep, said the transmission needed to be rebuilt or replaced. He said it would be $6400.00 to replace it or $7200.00 to rebuild it. I told him I prefer to have a new one. The first few weeks Gene kept me updated every 3 - 5 days, after that I would leave messages or text and sometimes wait a couple of days for a response. Gene told me that they were having a hard time finding a new one, but I was still willing to wait. On, approximately March 31, 2023 I stopped by, because Gene wasn't returning my call. I also spoke to the parts department and the guy I spoke with didn't have any info that they were looking for a transmission for my car. On April 3, 2023 Gene called and said they found a transmission, but it would be $6800.00. I agreed to the price, so they "ordered" it. On April 7, 2023 Gene called and told me the transmission was in and my car would be ready no later than Wednesday April 12, 2023. I called Gene on that Wednesday and he told me he would check on it. He called back approximately 4 hours later and told me that the transmission never came in. He said that they found it online, ordered it and then it just disappeared. I asked him, again how much to rebuild the the transmission. Gene told that the service manager agreed to split the $800.00 extra to rebuild it. My Math: $6400.00 + $400.00 = $6800.00. Their Math: $6800.00 (price of phantom transmission) + $400.00 = $7200.00. So, I chose to have the vehicle towed to a transmission shop, which I probably should have done at first. I still had to pay $304.00 diagnosis fee. Another issue I had was that every time I called the main number for the service department, nobody answered the phone. I will be sure to never go to this dealership again.

Maintenance for Life means Waiting for Life. 2.5 hours for on oil change not counting two hour drive.
