I’m not even going to talk about the high prices. Honestly I wish I could give this store a negative star and if you take the time to see some of the reviews down below, it’s pretty clear there’s an issue with the customer service. Two women there particularly are immensely rude to say the least and they seem to get a power trip with whatever position they have at the store. Actually, I think they just don’t want any customers in the shop. This is the first time I’ve taken the time to leave bad review and I don’t see this store sticking around due to their prices and horrendous attitude.

Super fun shop filled with a large variety of cool stuff! They even had metal tin pokemon sets that my daughter bought with Christmas money. They even threw in some coloring pages and a lenticular pokemon luggage tag. My daughter was thrilled!!!

At first I gave this place a 5 star review, after I was a good customer with the things that I brought in and got at least decent service, then when I got a figure that was $60 I found another that was cheaper and better so I brought back the figure with the receipt and a worker said that they do not accept returns yet he will only do that one time and I was totally grateful and said that will be the only time that I do that, then he said give me $20 to the girl, I imagine it was because the day before he said to me that figure is worth $20 and the the figure that I bought was over sixty dollars plus tax, so I paid the rest of the amount for the over $60 figure, and then he after he told the girl to give a $20 bill he then quickly walked to the back and when I walked back there he asked me if I wanted to buy another figure and then I told him that just wanted to get the rest of my money and then he walked over to the counter and looked at my receipt and then said give me another $20 when I should have got $60, and when I mentioned that I have a book to sell he then says that he is not going to look at the book because of me taking back the figure. I could have continued being a good customer if it was not for that.UPDATE I talked to the owner and she said that she will look into what happened before she does anything she then asked for my number, it has been several days since she said that she will contact me about this situation, what kind of respect is that especially since I showed her total respect.

Eric and JP are absolutely amazing they always provide excellent customer service they go above and beyond for me all the time they always order my comics and save them for me. I love the shop love you guys .

My son who is 9, saved his money for 6 months, was treated very badly by the owner of this store. We went into this store to shop, all he wanted was a new spiderman action figure, which he collects. He kept asking for certain ones & at first the workers looked for him then as he kept asking about different action figures, they started getting annoyed with him & his questions, eventually they started rolling their eyes & the owner said, "I said, we don't have it!", very rudely to my son. I tried to tell my son not to spend his money their but he was set on buying an action figure & still spent $70 in this store. But the owner could have treated him more nicely, as he was a paying customer.

This place is the best! This has everything and then some for all you comic book needs, and everyone there is super friend and helpful. One of the employees Lina is super knowledgeable and a great person to talk to. I get my Pokémon cards from here as well and have pulled nothing but amazing cards since. Do yourself a favor and go check this place out.
