“If I could leave a 100 star review I definitely would! I spoke with Howard on the phone at this location about a little issue that I was having with the delivery of an item. He was very transparent on how the system worked for apartment complexes and the complications that go within the parcel lockers. He was also very respectful and was very adamant about trying to resolve the situation for me and got me squared away! Thank you again Howard for explaining everything to me and going above and beyond with your customer service!”
“The actual mapping to get into this post office is off and has you pull into a building next door that has a huge fence so aside from that it's a great post office once you actually find it. It does have pretty limited parking though.”
“I love this branch. Whenever i am at my friends downtown and i have packages to ship. I send them out through this branch. The clerks are always nice and helpful and it is so convienian.”
“The post office is simply a satellite or contract postal window inside the Hallmark store.
They only offer postage and package shipping. This is not a full fledged post office with post office boxes for rent, but instead it simply serves as a drop off / collection point that regular postal workers pick mail up from and take to the real post office for further processing.
I've never telephoned anyone here so I'm not familiar with the wacky answering machine issues.
While I've been utilizing this location, I've only experienced highly professional friendly service from the dedicated staff and I am always grateful for the convenience it offers.
The mail is picked up by USPS personal at by 3:15 pm M-F and 1:45 pm on Saturday, so if you need it postmarked today it'll necessitate having it processed at the window prior to the afternoon pickup time.
Additionally there is a postal collection box directly out front if you want to mail something that doesn't require making contact with the staff inside.”
“Haven’t been there during hours of operation but I was very grateful and impressed with the staff who were loading in the back. I was in a jam and they helped me when the lady at the window to the right of the entrance was unwilling to be compassionate about my situation.
Wanted to also mention they have a lunch schedule so I’m posting the photo. Be sure to be mindful of the lunch breaks from 1:30-2:15 weekdays

“Went to get a passport. Did you know that you can pay with card to US department of state at this location. Yay! Be sure to have your application ready and read the instructions.
Wait time wasn't long went after 1pm. I didn't get the name of whohelped me but she was really nice. Only gave 4 stars because the building needs an up grade.”
“When staying in Tucson, we picked this post office because it was one of the few with great reviews. Unfortunately their hours are very limited - only 11-1 on Monday-Friday. We left a scannable package in the outside box and it did not get scanned when the box was emptied. However, when we went back today to make sure it had actually gotten picked up from the box, the staff person was very friendly and helpful. (Apparently she is the normal staff person but was not working the day our package was not scanned.)”
“I just want to give an awesome shoutout to Kian for making my visit so quick and smooth! I was renewing my passport for the first time and had to mail certain documents. He knew immediately what to do and provided me with peace of mind that everything was in order. Highly recommend coming here.”
“Very kind postal gentleman up front, I didn't get his name but he does a good job with a smile on his face even though he's honestly got a larger workload than he should. Same goes for the rest of the employees. Except this one carrier who threw a fit and told us to give a bad review on management if we don't like how slow it is up front even though none of us said anything or were looking annoyed. Just a sour attitude with that guy lol. So zero stars for him, hopefully y'all get more employees to handle your workload instead of suffering layoffs that double your work load! Thank you for the ones who stay though and do great at it like the man I mentioned at the start of this review. :)”
“The counter staff were efficient and friendly and helpful. There were only 3 people in line in front of me (4pm weekday), whereas earlier (11am same day) there were 20 customers. They could use more staffing, but the ones working were excellent. Lots of stars for them!! :)”
“The service was great at the Post office on the day I went in. The time of day matters for the wait. I went in after noon passed lunch and there were 2 people ahead of me. The staff was friendly and all of my service needs were met!”

“I can’t believe how horrible the reviews for this place are. Every time we go in here the people are SO nice, every single one of them. We even had a package delivered here for general delivery (which they don’t do at this location, we didn’t know) and they held it for us and made sure to update us every step of the way so we got our package. I’m so surprised by the reviews.”
“I seriously don’t know why the bad reviews!?! EVERY postal worker was FRIENDLY and HELPFUL with their customers! Did I mention it is Dec. 14th and one of the busiest days for shopping?I came in needing to mail lots of packages for multiple locations and used lots of different forms. I thought I filled out the forms completely at home and was good to go. Unfortunately, I did not have all of forms ready as needed when I got to the counter. Christina, who is AMAZING and WONDERFUL, helped me with what packages she could and then asked me to step to another counter to complete my forms (my fault, not hers!). She then told me once I finished to go to the front of the line for the next postal worker. How is this place not helpful or friendly!!!??? We are blessed to have postal workers with smiling faces who care and show it! Thanks for all you do!!!”
