This is the worst place to get gas. The pumps barely run, and the ads are so annoying. You're there for at least 15min pumping gas. It takes AGES. It pumps slowly, and then keeps stopping itself over and over and over again. And you hear the same ads the whole time. Avoid if you can!!!

Unrealistic expectations of their customers.
Stopped in to purchase cigs for my sister and the clerk made me return to my car to retrieve my license before she would complete the purchase. Once your license is scanned all of your information is captured. I'm not so sure she realized the point I was trying to make about this, She said "If you want your cigs this is the rule" rude...
Get it together Pilot.

If you are in the neurodiversity club, on the spectrum etc. DO NOT GET GAS HERE. Everything is loud especially the TV screens at the gas pump and you can not turn the sound off. I had a panic attack and could still here it in my car. Also the gas pumped very very slowly. The gas station itself is quite dirt so like I said....maybe go somewhere else.

This is a regular stop for us to rest and there are clean restroom. Lots of snack choices and Subway inside Pilot and Burger King next door. We are usually in our 36ft Class A towing a Ranger so we don't attempt gas here. Always a place to park our long rig. We drive around back of the Pilot where truckers go to fuel. We pull thru as there are only diesel pumps in back. We park along side close to EV station.

Horrible pilot the GM was very hateful and disrespectful to people in the store and said she would have my friends car towed for no reason just a hateful person.

Wonderful staff ? however this Pilot needs a whole bunch of bigger sign boards to direct truck drivers to the entrance and towards the correct exit. There is an open gap between the truck parking (in front of the fuel pumps) that looks like it may be an exit but it’s a dead end.
