Had my clubs regripped here. Terrible job, did not replace the wrap, glue coming out from under the grips. Every one of the grps has twisted on the club.I've now had to get them all redone.Worst job I've ever seen, would not recommend.

I scheduled a fitting with Brandon, he got my irons dialed in with the proper lie angle. He was super friendly and knowledgeable, he has a great attitude and you can tell he enjoys his job. I was really pleased with his fitting. The staff at this store is very friendly and welcoming. I like the PGA store better than Golf Galaxy. If you need to get fitted, go see Brandon!

Spent 15-20 minutes waiting for someone to assist us. After 15 found someone who said they would be ‘right over’. 15 minutes later (30 minutes total) we left. As we walked out we saw two employees chatting at the desk I told them they missed out on selling me an entire set of clubs. One of the employees followed us out to parking lot and said he knew my husband (he was the one who said someone would be over to assist us to my husband)….never showed….he was the MANAGER! We said we were going across the street to Vans…and ended up purchasing not only a full set of top of the line clubs for me but another entire set for my husband - Oh well …

Was not going to do this initially because I do not like the organization but that is my own personal experience with PGATSS. This, however, is not about my experience. This is about my 6 year old daughters experience with a local Tucson store associate. I know the higher ups look at these and negitive or positive they go to the store as well. That being said I want to say thank you to this older bald or balding hispanic man with a thick accent (please exuse the termonology just want to make srue to ID the correct person). My 6 year old daughter, who is all I have in this world, was treated very well by this employee when she asked for attention. She is 6 and not buying anything but still she was shown the right amount of respect and attention she asked for. Well done sir and thank you again. I hope you get the hookup on one of those gift cards or something they like to hand out.

I went with a buddy yesterday to hit drivers. We were helped by a young man named Andrew who was, without a doubt, the very best help I've ever received at PGA Tour Superstore. He was terrific. Knowledgeable. Helpful. Professional. He listened to what we believed we wanted and then guided us both into drivers and shafts that were far better for us. I don't usually do this, but Andrew was such a huge help (I would have made a couple of major mistakes) I just have to say "thanks" publicly.

I visited the Tucson PGA Tour Superstore a few days ago with the intent of demo-ing and purchasing a new driver. I knew they had several on sale and I wanted to tryout 5 or six different ones to make sure that I was comfortable with my choice. I inquired about a demo booth and was informed that the fellow that would help me would not be in for 20 minutes or so. When he arrived he didn't say "can I help you find you a good driver?" He grunted something unintelligible so I assumed he was my guy and followed him to a booth. I picked one of the drivers I wanted to try, he assembled it and I started hitting balls. The distance their computer was showing was 40 to 50 yards short of my normal everyday driving distance that I hit with a 15 year old driver. I questioned him about this and he said my club head speed was much too slow and that "no matter which driver I picked my distance wouldn't improve!" Much to his chagrin I asked to try 2 more drivers. I actually liked one of those, even though the computer still showed my drives only going 160-170 yards! Although this guy's attitude really pissed me off, I purchased my favorite and have since played one round and practiced on the driving range, both times with my drives exceeding 200 yards. The PGA Tour Superstore needs people that can be much more helpful and certainly more encouraging. While I purchased my $500 driver, he was standing around jawing with the other employees. Great work ethic!

I ordered a gift card, paid extra for expedited shipping and yet the card is taking the maximum time for delivery. Disappointing as the gift card will not make it for the holiday. Web site should state that the window given is optimistic, that the latest date given will be when item will be delivered.

4 employees stood at the front talking ignoring customers and we are interested in outfitting my wife with clubs shoes and a putter. Used products are okay. Try vans instead

Last summer I had my 15 yr old grandson from El Paso in town. Having recently joined the high school golf team I had him fitted for pings to the tune of 4K. Was later advised by phone I had store coupon for $100. While driving past the other day decided to use the credit to buy golf balls. Upon presentation was advised I had no credit? Explanation-buying pings don’t count!!!Guess you can figure where I’ll shop for the other grands!

Nice facility, some friendly employees. I was greeted coming in, and when I began asking specifics there were not a lot of answers to be had. They said "let me go look into it" and never returned. Not a single employee talked to me for 1/2 hour. When I was walking out one of the employees who was "looking" into my inquiry was packing in Cane's for lunch. I guess that's where you go to "look into it" I went to a local store to drop $3k on new clubs, at least they had the common sense to work the customer. Won't be returning to this Superstore ever.

I had a fitting with Brandon and he was top notch! Went through my whole bag. He helped me not only find the right clubs that needed upgrading but made a few adjustments to the ones I have and helped with a few tips on my set up. Later that day went out and played 18 and couldn’t believe how I was striking the ball! Completely recommend getting a fitting and ask for Brandon! ????.

I bought a new driver from here that was over $600 and they told me it would take 1-2 weeks. it has been over a month and the reason is because they did not put my apartment number in the shipping address. The driver was then returned to Callaway and the address was fixed. I still have not received the driver or the tracking number to see where the driver is. I have talked to there associate and store managers and none of them seem to make this a priority to fix.
