Candy and Alex were very helpful and friendly and quick to help me find some appropriate insoles for my current shoes as well as help me find a solid pair of running shoes for a trip. Highly recommend paying them a visit!

Went there last Friday to get back into running after a long break. Rakeem was by far the most knowledgeable and helpful employee I’ve met at any of the running stores I’ve been to. Im definitely coming back for any new gear I’ll need in the future.

I’m a slight diabetic. My feet hurt all the time from nerve neuropathy. A family member referred me to Performance Footwear. Candy Thomas was the person that waited on me. She recommended Brooks shoes and gave me all the reasons why she thought that was the best choice for me. My feet hardly hurt at all unless I get off my diet. I feel like these are people you can trust and are very knowledgeable About what they have in their store. Very professional, very friendly, and ask you relevant questions to help me your need. As long as they have the staff they have now this will be the only place I buy shoes.

Performance Footwear is a must if you are looking for great walking or running shoes. The staff are very knowledgeable. Expect to spend at least an hour having your feet measured (you likely wear the wrong size) your stride analyzed and learning how to properly tie your shoes (yes, you are doing it wrong). The shoes seem expensive, but Google the pair you are buying and you will likely find no difference in price online. Lots of top brand, high quality shoes, like Hoka, Brooks, etc. We make the trip to this Mecca twice a year and are never disappointed.

This store was highly recommended to me by a friend who has had many challenges with her feet and footwear. I recently injured a tendon in my ankle and am early in the recovery process, and knew I needed to buy some shoes that would be kinder to my tendons that my zero-drop running shoes.I was really fortunate to be helped by Jaxon Finch, who despite it being late in the day on a Sunday took all the time I needed to listen to me, explain the alternatives and sell me a great pair of shoes. This is the kind of customer service (and product selection!) experience that makes you want to only shop for shoes here. And that's exactly what I plan to do.
