Had a good experience. Remodel looks nice. Staff was as friendly as they can be considering what they do. Good people and knowledgeable. Transaction was quick and easy. I left feeling like I got a fair deal.

I have never pawned items before. Although I ran upon this establishment upon this time of need. The staff I had the pleasure of meeting were very friendly and helpful. Recommend this place too all that may need a quick buck too get you threw the tough times.

Brandy the assistant manager is AMAZING!!!! She was SO helpful and patient even though she was super busy with Manager type stuff. I've been here twice and both times found amazing customer service! I've now sold to and bought from Pawn1st and have been very happy both times. The prices are reasonable for the ever changing items, there are regular sales and specials, the store is clean and well organized! Things are clearly labeled and every employee will answer any questions you have but the added bonus is if they don't know the answer they get the person who does! I'll be stopping in on a regular basis because you never know what's going to be on the shelf! Highly recommend if you're buying or selling! Oh, and the customers that were there while I was were all happy and friendly. A few came in to make payments on items they had a loan on and they weren't angry or mean. One customer was getting his item back and the store went above and beyond to allow that customer to inspect and test his item (a very nice chainsaw) so that he knew it was still in the condition it was when he took the loan on it. I know I'll go here first if I ever need to get cash on one of my own items!

It's okay, pretty standard stuff, the older people on staff walk away when approached, so asking questions can be a hit or miss but the dude at the register is usually pretty okay.

The staff here are knowledgeable and deliver great customer service. We always chat when I pop in and we have a great giggle. The merch they sell is reasonably priced and they give top dollar on gold and other items! Kudos! "PAWN 1st" YOU ROCK!

Dishonest at best, or they just don't know how to do a proper appraisal. You'd be wise to consider one of their competitors, at least until new management is offered.

This place is great! Everyone here is super helpful and really ask questions to make sure they are helping you the best way possible. Whether it be for a loan/pawn or to buy or sell something this is definitely a great place to check out. The inventory is decent and prices are fair for what they have. Special shout out to Brandy and Mike for helping me out with my special circumstances and needs

Was truly a helpful and warming experience talking with Douglas, they helped me with getting my items inside and Derrick the manager really came through with the asking price. It was tough having to give up my instruments but rent money is more important at this time! I'll definitely be back to browse buy and sell with these down to earth gentlemen! Thankyou guys again!
