“Julie was an amazing help to my husband Oscar when he went in to look for a replacement for me when I lost my wedding ring! He surprised me with a 1000% upgrade of the one I lost!! He was super excited to give it to me and come to find out it was too big so we went in the next day to see Julie and see if sizing was an option. I was greeted by a super excited, smiling face of Julie who greeted me with a huge hug and immediately asked me if I was happy with my surprise!I expressed how grateful I was to her for her help with Oscar and let her know I was extremely happy for the choice she helped him make. They both went into detail on how Julie did not have but 1 ring on the floor that caught his attention in just a bit so she went to the back and pulled out the RIGHT ONE!! Oscar said he knew that was the one and Julie even gave him a huge good deal!It was great to hear the story but even better to see the excitement of the two!! Needless to say Julie did not stop there on helping us out she sent my ring to get sized and saw how sad I was to actually let it go, so she put a rush on it and I got it back with in 3 days!!! “Thursday 3/21/24 I got an adjustable gas block for my rifle. I went to their shooting range today to adjust it. I was told that to adjust the block, I would have to take the hand guard off to adjust the block. Their gunsmith made the hex screw so tight that I couldn't get the hand guard lost. When I asked for help, they gave me a hex tool with did not fit any of the hex screws, when I asked for more help, the range person said "we just install the parts" and that he can't help me. To me that means there's no warranty, or guarantee to the workmanship they do. Friday3/22/24 The owner contacted me very soon after I posted my review and invited me back to solve the problem. He apologized and said he, or Cole, or Brandon, or Mac would square me away. I came back to the store this morning and Cole helped me out immensely. He got the problem figured out and the rifle is working great. I also got an apology from the Range person from yesterday. Please don't fire him. Prior to Thursday, he had helped me out alot when ever I was in the store. An "Oh shit" shouldn't erase a lot of "Atta boys"”

“I've been buying and selling at OPB since they were in the 'skinny' shop, back when Daddy Jack's was an institution in Tucson. (I hate to admit, it was 1982, I was barely 20 years old, and had just 'graduated' from the UA) The store has moved around Speedway, each time moving up to a larger, brighter shop. But still the same guys, for the most part. It's been fun growing old, and watching everyone grow up over the years. It's the main group of people that have been there over the years that makes OPC, by far, the best coin shop in Tucson !”
