Good selection with great service. They really know what they are doing. I had a tiny diamond fall out of a ring I had bought 2 years prior, and they fixed it no questions asked.They stand behind their work, and when you see the quality, you understand why.Highly recommend.

Once again Todd and Park Ave out did themselves. We have had several rings resized there, so we knew that did good work. Went to get a watch battery today and he whipped out a coupon I was totally unaware of that made the battery FREE. Thanks for the amazing service!

We did our research on jewellers and decided on Park avenue. Todd was great, super authentic and personable. We went in December and he walked us through each and every ring we showed interest in. I’ve had many compliments on my engagement ring. We are both very happy.

I took several pieces of jewelry in back in September. RUN! If you decide to use this jeweler, make sure you have photos of what you're giving him and make sure everything is documented !!! To be continued!

I had a couple of things I needed to have done with some of my pieces. I will start by saying the two pieces i had done were two of the most special to me, so I had to have lots of trust. My friend had told me she used park avenue to do some work on her wedding band and was very happy. I took my diamond wedding band to get resized and my diamond , bezel set necklace ( with my grandmothers Diamond) to get shortened. The price was fair, as they did have to add gold, and they were finished the next day. I went into to pick up my pieces and was so so happy. They both were exactly as I wanted them!!!! I now can wear my wedding band without it hurting my knuckle and my diamond sits exactly where I want it! They were suoer nice and made sure I was happy , and told me to come in whenever if I want my jewelry cleaned. Very pleasant and I would happily go back if I need a nice piece of jewelry or to get something fixed. Very nice store , with beautiful jewelry and very kind owners / people who work there.

Unreal experience here. My fiance and I went in to see about getting an heirloom engagement ring resized for me. The young woman who helped us initially was friendly and professional, but when she called the older gentleman from the back for a second opinion, everything went downhill fast. He was back there watching something on TV very loudly. The young woman asked him twice to turn it down and he didn't respond. He was also eating, and since we were there at 1pm, I didn't think him eating lunch was a problem, but this man did not stop eating his sandwich when he came out to talk to us. He did not wash his hands. He did not even wipe his mouth. The man's fingers were covered in yellow mustard stains when he grabbed my hand to confirm my ring size. Then he went right back to shoving his sandwich in his mouth and talking to us between chews. After they agreed on the size, they were quick to give us a quote for the work that seemed reasonable. I said I'd like a second opinion and thank God for that, because the next two places told us that sizing down as much as we needed would pose significant risk to the integrity of the ring. They told us stones could pop out and need to be reset. They told us no jeweler would be comfortable sizing down that much. So, apparently the team at Park Avenue either have a miracle worker in their lab, or mustard man would have been all too happy to take our ring and our money, botch the impossible job, and then charge us extra to fix it. We fortunately did not end up using their services. I would not recommend anyone else does either.

When I think of a mom and pop business that prides itself on customer service and value, I think Park Avenue Jewelers. What’s more is that Todd (owner) has a wide selection of merchandise. My son and I have been loyal to this business for a number of years. Why? Todd and his team have ALWAYS come through for us! We trust them!

Very nice owner and lovely sales woman. I just went in for a watch battery and I was told the battery was seated wrong but was fully charged and lithium. Smart business practice. No charge. Definitely will shop here again.

Superior customer service! My husband and I dropped into Park Avenue Jewelers without an appointment to see about getting the prongs tightened on my engagement ring. They tightened what they could and pointed out that the ring was completely missing two prongs around one of the stones. They offered an expert perspective on the situation, showed me the problems under a loop and quoted a price then knocked it a bit lower for us. From out of town, we said we only had two more hours left in Tucson. They hustled to get the prongs rebuilt within my deadline and also touched up the other six prongs without my asking. When we returned to pick up the ring, they polished my wedding band so it would look nice against my shiny, safe diamond ring. I’m so grateful!

Ben did a phenomenal job of designing the perfect mother's day gift—a London topaz pendant set in platinum. Now, I'm mom's favorite (at least for this year).Extensive knowledge of cuts, quality, and metals make me want to come back here over and over. Highly recommended.

I had the most incredible experience today with Park Avenue Jewelers. They resized my ring in no time and I had such a lovely experience at their beautiful store. Todd and Ben tag teamed the resizing of my ring and did it so quickly and were so complimentary of my ring too. Look no further than this family owned business for your next jewelry purchase. They are so knowledgeable, have very quick service and are such a pleasure to work with.
