Today I had an appointment for a rapid test that I scheduled three days ago. My appointment was for 11:30, and I pulled up at 11:20. There was a line wrapped around the plaza and I was told that everyone had an appointment and I’d have to wait in the hour long line. There is no way they allowed that many people to schedule an appointment from how I saw their online appointment scheduler. Thank goodness I have a PCR test at Walgreens tomorrow, too. I’m traveling and wanted to double check that I don’t have COVID and get others sick.

I have been trying to get ahold of these people for two weeks now. I’ve called, I’ve emailed and still nothing. I’m very upset that there is no way to talk to a live person; When you call the answering system tells you to choose your option and no matter which option you choose, you get sent to voicemail. I just need help but like I said, I’m getting no where.

Don’t trust these people if you have an international travel. It might take more than 48 hours whether they have more people or less people.If you have given PCR test with these guys, I wish you have given in some other locations as a safer side or your flight will be Atleast more than 60hours of the test taken.I called to everyone such as lab finder, paradigm lab etc., they mentioned the test is in processing and I don’t know whether the test take more than 20hours even after 24hours. Is it the mistake of employees or testers or person who responds.Think twice before you go here if you are in travel.EditPCR results can get in the morning around 8:00 to 8:30, if your test is in processing before day. At least the staff might have informed about that such that I may avoid of taking rapid PCR test which incurred $500 due to immediate flight (2hrs).Please communicate in a better way paradigm lab to help the customers/patients

I’ve been here twice before with no problem getting a test done and getting my results the same day (For that they get more than one star)An event I’m going to requires a negative test. Today, I make an appointment in which I answer all the questions, one of which asked if I have symptoms. I get my appointment time -great. When I arrive, they turned me away because they no longer do tests for non-symptomatic people. The website should have indicated that they can’t take me due to not having symptoms. Waste of time

I made an appointment at the east grant rd location as a symptomatic patient. When I arrived they had lumped us all together in one line or “cluster” rather. No room for social distancing. The staff was rude. Also, the swab was not inserted all the way into my nose. It literally was at the opening of my nostrils. This was a waste of time and a test.

Amazing staff that works very hard. They work as efficient as possible tending to Hundreds of patients a day. They are overworked and they have to deal with a bunch of prissy, egotistical, Prima-donna, pretentious bunch of people. Thank you staff you are doing a great job! ?

The people were rude. They treat you like animals. Don’t talk unless your spoken to. I don’t know why they work in a place like that if they don’t like people

Scheduled a PCR covid test. Showed up and they said they don’t do that test anymore. Said they haven’t updated their website. Thanks for wasting our time.
