First time coming here to get a haircut I was nervous, but Lissete knew exactly what I wanted! She cut my hair nice and perfectly just the way I wanted it , I have never been so amazed how spot on she got it , ever since I only trust her with my hair ! I highly recommend!

This is the first real curly hair cut I have ever had. Nor had I ever been taught on how to treat my hair, being the only one in my family with curls this tight. I am BEYOND elated with the results. I have a bouncy short bobish afro cut I never thought I could have, nor think I'd LOVE, and my curls are the healthiest I have ever seen them. I cut so much more than I imagined but am so glad I did, I may never have nalga length hair again. Lisette was amazing and I look forward to my next cut in a few months and every few months thereafter.

I was so excited to get a " Ouidad " haircut by an expert in curly hair. I explained to her everything I didn't like about my current haircut. She merely trimmed it in the exact pattern it was. She asked me to show her picture of what I wanted? From everything I understand about any curly haircut, whether it's a Deva cut or Ouidad cut. It's supposed to be custom for your specific curl pattern. Both cuts are supposed to focus on debulking the hair and give a nice shape and layers that allow the curl to lay nicely. I have had a Deva cut before that I was very happy with. I know what it should be cuAfter living with this cut for a couple of weeks I realize I spent over $150 bucks on a trim I could have just had done at a Supercuts for $8. She did say to come in for a touch up. The thing is that it's not even close to the haircut I paid for. I don't trust her to do anything else. So I have wasted 150 dollars including a 20+ dollar tip!

I've been here twice now for a devacut. I'm very happy with my hair. I've been looking for someone who could bring more volume to my hair and allow the waves/curls to be easier to style. I saw Lisette and she listened to what I was looking for and did exactly that. She was really nice to chat with and the atmosphere of panache is very easy going and relaxing.

The owner is rude and unprofessional and treats people like sh^#_. She was absolutely rude to a potential customer with zero reason to behave the way she did. I would not entertain this place or its owner. I feel bad for those who work for her. Her name is Andrea
