“When I need paint, I make sure to go to this particular store even there are other, closer ones on my way to where I am going. This is because Connor works there and he is amazing to deal with. He matched my six year old gray wall paint perfectly. The first time he mixed it though all I had was the name of the color from the builder and unfortunately it wasn't a perfect match. When I came back with a chip from my wall, Connor didn't hassle me at all. He gave me a direct exchange of product without charging me. Because of this I am viewing Sherwin-williams in a favorable light and will be recommending this store and the company to my neighbors.”

“It was time to re-coat my roof. I started by looking at all my choices and chose to go with the local company, Tucson Rubberized Coatings!
I really did my homework this time and Tucson Rubberized Coatings knows what Arizona deals with concerning our specific weather changes over the year.
I studied the various products and watched all of the videos which really helped me understand how to do things right!
I called the Eastside location, one of three, and spoke with Eli about questions on the products.
I decided to go with the 10000 100% Acrylic Elastomeric product because of the bright UV features to help with keeping energy costs lower, tough protection against hail and extreme heat and more.
I was only planning to purchase products as I could out of pocket over time.
I got a call from Alex, the Manager at Tucson Rubberized Coatings, who kindly talked to me about my plan and how to make it even better for me.
Alex really won me over with his positive professionalism. I was so impressed time and time again with Alex throughout the process!
I really enjoyed all of the representative's I met like Bruno, Victor, and Jonathan, who all helped me feel valued!
I know I made the right choice and was guided and helped along the way while I worked on my roof.
I realized how the cleaning and prep work was the most important part while applying the roof coating was fun!
I followed the advice on the videos and watched how to apply the product. It really showed how easy it is to move the product around as instructed.
