I’m happy I’m independent and can solve problems myself but no one helped me today and it was a little upsetting. No one welcomed me in, but with YouTube I was able to get further than with anyone else’s help. Not only that, a kind stranger/samaritan helped me more than Orielly. Thank you stranger!!!

First impressions: Pretty big store inside for the size it is. This place is inside a shopping center on River/La Cholla. Staff: Friendly and no issues there. They were very accommodating and attentive. Cleanliness: For a parts store I was thoroughly surprised of how well kept the store was. Granted I wouldn't hold them on this to much, but pleasantly surprised nonetheless. Value: I think the overall money I spent for the two air filters were about $50 and some change. For what its worth I think that isn't to shabby of a deal, considering what a dealer would charge you for air filters let alone the labor that is involved as well. Recommendations: If you're looking for value and don't want to overspend on air filters, this place will help you find an affordable and decent deal. Thank you!

Angeleana and Serena are the best! This is the place to go for all of your automotive needs! If you don’t come here, you will be ripped off and regret it for the rest of your days. I’m talking full on nightmares at other places. Don’t even get me started on their expert knowledge of Toyota parts.

Popped in as a result of a Google search for a new set of wiper blades, just to be difficult, each side requires a different size blade.
Despite of the initial challenges, it didn't really matter as the staff of this store walked me thru the whole thing making sure l got all the right stuff.
The new wiper blades work nice.

From the moment Max answered my phone call. He was very professional, nice, polite, kind, energetic and very helpful. When I actually came in the store, Max was everything he was over the phone, but even better. However Max was on his way to lunch. So he left me in great hands with Bill, who was also polite, kind and very helpful. Thank you guys for everything.

The staff at this location (Angel in particular) is incredibly knowledgeable about many facets of car repair/maintenance. We’ve had the pleasure of her guidance with multiple intimidating projects. Surprisingly, their staff will even make time (when possible) to help with small jobs such as changing a battery or light. This time it was Max who jumped at the opportunity to team up for a quick fix. What a delight! This kind of service is above and beyond and keeps us coming back. It’s also given us the confidence to take part in our own car care- which is priceless.

I came in tonight in need of a headlight. Max ensured I had the correct bulb and then took the time to install it and help me out. He wanted to make sure that I had no issues with it and that it worked before I drove away. You can definitely tell that they care about their customers and that they are willing to take the time out to help make things easier.

11/13/23 had just gotten back from California that morning , the card wouldn’t start.later in the day…. Went to O’Reillys. Oh my God the young man that helped me was great. Tested the battery… ended up… needing a new battery….next time I’ll get a name
