I visited a store in Tucson Arizona and an employee was really rude. I asked for another employee to serve me. When I left the place, the rude employee was pointing his finger at me and I came back and told him that he was please not pointing at me and that he would. I was going to report to the corporation, I don't think I'll ever return to O'Reilly again.

I bought a starter from here 5+ years ago because they had the starter I needed in stock and I didn't want to wait for AutoZone to send one from another store, that was a mistake. I always buy the one with a lifetime warranty but 5 years later I can't find the receipt and they can't find my warranty. they even looked under my name and the long list of my old phone numbers. But the warranty was gone. Then they tried to get me to "just buy another one". Why so I can just keep handing you money for something that had a warranty? Don't waste money here, go to AutoZone, AutoZone can at least find warranties for the products they sell. Never again will I buy a part from O'Reilly with a warranty. waste of money.
