I took a dead AAA battery in that wasnt even 6 months old to the orielly auto parts on 1401 w prince road.Spoke to a guy named cessar.He checked my battery just to tell me it had 2 volts and told me it wasnt anygood.I asked him to charge it and he said he would..Couple hours later he called me to tell me he charged it but it was a bad battery.I told him i would come in the next day to pick it up and he said that would be ok.Next day came and i picked up the battery and reinstalled it in my girlfriends car..She called AAA out and the car jumpstarted the car and never had another issue out of this battery..I think the lazy guy didnt even try to charge my battery when i left it in his care..He should be fired ..This vato is useless!!!

I went in this morning to have my battery tested which ended up needing to be replaced. The associate helping me said it wasn't a type of battery that she knew how to do, so she called her manager Paul. It was outside of his scope as well because apparently there was a computer on top of the battery. Huh, really... Paul was kind enough not only to recommend a mechanic shop about a mile away, but called them to ask if they could get me in if I brought my new battery with me. Mike at Tucson Transmission said "send her in". I arrived just a few minutes later to the shop. Oh, by the way Paul also gave his best recommendation on what type of battery to purchase and gave me a discount! Thanks Paul! A day that started out with a big inconvenience turned out to be full of many odd blessings! Thank you lord for putting these people in my lane today! I can't forget State Farm and their very timely technician as well who got my car started and able to get all this done from the beginning! Blessings happen in odd ways!

Nestor was AMAZING!!! He helped me out with what I needed assistance with and was very sweet and patient. I am so appreciative for him being in there at the right time when I needed help. 5 star for his service! ? I will definitely be back to buy any parts I need for my vehicle! ?
Update: long story, too much to write and details i choose to leave out, but bottom line, I would not be shopping at O'Reilly anymore. I'll stick with AutoZone. Such an anxious and stressful experience to be shopping at O'Reilly. Smh ?

I went here to get a new light for my headlight. I purchased the one recommended and asked for someone to put it in. The Asst. Mgr came out and tried to remove the gaslight that was out but could not do it. I had to leave and go to my mechanic at which time I found out it was the wrong light and the one I needed had to be ordered which he did. I returned the light to O'Reilly and was given refund. Everyone was friendly and courteous.

Esteban at the Prince Rd & Flowing Wells location was extremely professional, helpful & polite. He troubleshooted our check engine light, this morning. Anyone else would have just diagnosed it & tell us what the codes & issues are. But Esteban also checked other issues we were having & and figured out the problem & assisted in fixing it. We're very grateful. Thank you.
