We had the best experience at Orange Grove Animal Hospital, and I’m thrilled that Dr. Gordon has become our new vet.
After weeks of waiting for an appointment at another clinic, we took a chance and called Orange Grove Animal Hospital in hopes of getting our pup in sooner, and I’m so glad we did! We were scheduled right away, with absolutely no wait times when we arrived. The front staff is extremely kind and helpful, and our care team was so patient with us, especially with a very high-anxiety dog. Dr. Gordon listened to our concerns, eased our stress, answered all of our questions, and took a genuine interest in our pup and his health. We have never had sweeter, more compassionate care for our dog, and I’m so thankful for her time. It was the least stressful vet visit that we’ve ever experienced and I can’t imagine taking our dog anywhere else! Highly recommend!

I was just there and spent over $500. With Dr Valdez and the entire visit was a nightmare. She had no clue what was going on and pushed things on me that I knew I didn't want or need. I have had show Yorkies for 44 yrs and a CVT for 35 yrs. She left the room several times and even called Dr Merker for some answers. I was able to get an apt at PAWS. They were able to tell me everything that was told to me by Dr Valdez was not right.i now have my beautiful show boy on the right track. She also trashed Breeders when she had no idea what she was talking about. This little boy came from the world's top lines and received the best vet care prior to coming to me. Now I was pushed to take the Next guard Plus which I questioned at the time and said I did not really want it. My show dogs has no fleas, ticks, worms or heartworms, so why give poison. Now I wanted to return it, it is still in the box and has not been touched and I am out over $100 that she refuses to take it back. She should not be a vet. I liked the practice because it is vet owned. But no more, sad! Hopefully Dr Merker will get on this. Tests were done that I told her we're not necessary BUT I spent the $250+ on them to please her and I always could be wrong. She didn't listen

Called early this mornings for a urgent diagnosis for my pup whom I adopted 2 days ago. Got in the same day. Checked in, got called back, saw Dr. Spaulding, who's very professional, knowledgeable, and kind, then checked out all within 15 minutes. My Gobi's tail was wagging the whole time. From one practice owner to another, thank you for your competency, kindness, and efficiency.

We had to take Snuggles and Snickers to see Dr. Holly for a hurt rear leg and check ups and shots. She is an amazing Doctor. Very compassionate, friendly, and professional. We have been using them for years and were a little nervous about Snuggles hurt leg, but as soon as Crystal walked out of the back to help take care of us, we knew it was going to be a good day. Crystal has always taken care of our cats and we trust her completely and were very happy to see her. Thank you Crystal and Dr. Holly.

My dog Riley has a really hard time at the vet. We brought him here yesterday for ear infections and he had the easiest time I've ever seen him have. He was super calm (for him). He is dog reactive so they cleared out the lobby before he came in. He wasn't actively trying to escape the room like he would be at other vet clinics, he wasn't jumping around, just sitting behind me. I am so amazed with how calm he was compared to previous vets he has seen before. I'm super proud of him and I'm happy that we found a place that he feels more comfortable at. They gave me information about him that previous vets have not and explained everything that I needed to know. He had a hematoma 3 years ago and I knew nothing about them or why they were happening. Also turns out he has allergies! Now we have a plan to help prevent him from having to get surgeries in the far future, how to maintain his allergies and how to help his nose clear up. I feel educated and like my dog is in safe, caring hands. We have found his new doctors 100% ❤️

I took my Major Mitchell cockatoo, Romeo, in to see Dr. Merker. This was my first time at orange grove animal hospital and everyone was so nice and welcoming. Dr. Merker did Romeo’s exam in the room as a request. I would highly recommend for your avian babies.

I came here after being referred by POCC. I needed to get a quality of life check on my cat. The doctor was very kind and thoughtful as she gave me the bad news. Everyone that spoke to us was very supportive and helped us through a difficult time. I will be bringing my other pets here to get their checkups.
