Very Disappointing Experience!
I recently visited this vet clinic with my elderly cat, I wanted to ensure that serious conditions like cancer weren’t being overlooked. When I asked the vet for diagnostic tests, he insisted that the tests wouldn’t reveal anything and suggested she likely had food allergies instead. I found this dismissive, especially given her age and symptoms.
I pressed for tests out of concern, but instead of addressing my request with care, the vet abruptly told me that their office wasn’t a good fit for us and that I should see a specialist. The situation escalated quickly, and when I expressed my worry that my cat’s health would suffer due to his unwillingness to engage, he told me I was “very judgmental” and asked me to leave.
I left the clinic feeling shocked, hurt, and concerned about my cat’s well-being. While it’s possible there were cultural differences in communication, it’s still no excuse for such unprofessionalism and a lack of compassion. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic based on my experience.

Best vet I've ever been to! They are so personal and sweet. I've only been a few times but they always remember me and my cat. Plus they offer military discount! I wish I could make them my permanent vet but I will be moving ?

very experienced older vet, prompt service, nice assistance, they have taken care of my dachshunds since they were little puppies they're very affordable and nice every time I go I probably won't take my dogs to any other vet

Dr Alan is a kind, caring, friendly professional veterinarian. We are super pleased with him and Dawn his assistant. We have a diabetic dog that is also blind and has Cushing, Dr Alan and Dawn both take the time to listen and extremely helpful with answering questions. I would recommend Oracle road pet clinic.

Dawn & The Vet were awesome...They made room for me at the last minute.Most veterinarians seem to add all these extra costs when you just need some basic input.I had the basic input I needed, and learned that my cat's condition was a typical hairball issue and nothing serious.And the Vet is conveniently close to me!Steve

Wonderful!! Small, privately owned clinic. The doctor was kind, personable, gentle and courteous. My dog Bijou had a few cactus quills in her nose which I wasn't able to remove. The doctor provided sedation, and removed the quills, and gave us antibiotics to prevent infection. He let me sit with my dog while she woke up. They reviewed our vaccines and provided preventative health education. Very affordable. This vet and his assistant were so compassionate and considerate. Highly recommend this clinic!!

It’s been a rough week. But to top it off my cat babies ear swelled up and was hot and swollen and he was obviously in pain. I have had no issues with my cat like this so I didn’t know what to do. I walked in, no appointment and hysterically crying and they took him right in, diagnosed the issue and went straight to surgery. I’m extremely appreciative of this business, extremely professional, straight to the point and the front desk woman was so sweet.
