Don't recommend. Impossible to link my other bank account so I can move money back and forth. Online options slim and phone customer service zero help. This was after they charged me for returned statements for not updating my address. Despite mail being returned they continued to mail the statement month after month. I mean after the first time it was returned maybe they could have stopped mailing it and reached out to me.

I have never had a bank so hard to get ahold of. Everytime I’ve called I’m put on hold saying that all members are currently helping someone else. Sit on hold for 10mins just to be transferred to “member support” to sit on hold for another 20-30mins! Oh you can do a call back option (and keep your spot in line) don’t bother they never end up calling you back.

I loved the service at one AZ Bank.Diane Rojel is a great teller. She is very welcoming.Maria Pereda helped creating a new account. She is amazing and she has a good sense of humor.

Spoke with Ella on the phone and she got me hooked up with everything I needed. Was thinking auto loan but actually worked out the numbers for our situation and we got something better that fit our needs. Great service and one of the best rated CU's in the area.

Called for a loan app on the 12th. Was told they would have word for me within 24hrs. Called back on Monday the 16th, was told they had NO RECORD of me at all, even though I got an alert from my bank that a hard pull on my credit had been detected. I suspected fraud from one of their employees. After being told several times I wasn’t in their system, they checked with the manager and eventually found me. Promised I would have word by the end of the day. It’s now the 21st and I missed out on buying the vehicle I wanted.NO calls, NO emails, NO following up whatsoever to assure me they haven’t forgotten about me.Do NOT do business with these people. Do NOT be lured in by the interest rates. Completely unprofessional at best, damaging experience at worst.

Amazing! Set up a credit card on a walk in. Alba was also the best. Gave me every bit of information I needed. And helped me in literal minutes! 10/10

Glad you finally updated those horribly glitchy ATMs. Doesn’t make up for the annoying things that always happen when something goes wrong.Today I tried to send a Zelle Payment. “Payment failed.” So I tried again and this time it wanted me to prove I’m the one making this request through a text verification. Fine, so I do that. “Payment failed. Call this number to verify your identity.” So I call the number and wait on hold for “longer than usual wait times.” Then the person assisting me says, “You called the wrong number, you have to call this other number and they’re not open so you’ll have to wait until tomorrow.” Not super helpful when you have to make the payment…today.Also just as an aside, I used their coin star once and it would not respond to the back button no matter how hard I tried or long I waited, but immediately processed the accept button, costing me almost $10 for a processing fee instead of letting me back out. “That’s weird…” is the only response I got from the teller.Use equipment that works and stop giving your customers the runaround. Looking forward to closing out my accounts soon.

Alba Garcia was great and the whole experience could not have been more perfect. This bank is one of the best I've ever been to. I also got my debit card immediately in the credit union, and she was able to help me get the promotional bonus. Thank you

I applied for a HELOC after moving here. The online application process is pretty slick and easy. My specific situation is unique and I was denied without even a phone call. It's probably my own fault for not speaking with a loan officer, but I figured the application shows I'm in the business, I'd at least get a call instead of the denial letter in the mail.I got it at another bank, so no big deal.

My checking account was compromised. Jared contacted me to make sure I had not written a check to a person who came in to cash it. The check had been stolen so it was not cashed and a hold was immediately put on my account. An appointment was scheduled for me to close my account and open a new one. Ivonne took all the time required to close and open my account. She was very patient and helpful throughout the entire process. A big thanks to both Jared and Ivonne for helping me through all of this.

Viviana Acosta at my local branch was so helpful, helping me to ensure that I got a credit card replacement in time for overseas travel.She worked very hard within the system to make sure this could happen in an efficient and expedient way. I’ve banked with OneAZ since 2015, and they’ve always been so helpful to me in my life. Not once has anyone that works here ever been rude or short with me. They always hear me out and help me find a solution. Ivonn did all of this for me today, as well as was honest, caring, warm, friendly, understanding, and personable. Awful customer service I had direct deposit and I was changing my direct deposit to checking and because I'm no on the account with my husband they rejected my direct deposit because I'm not on the Account but I am on the savings but not the checking my husband went in person so I can make changes on the accounts and those losers only change the savings not the checking. We're together on both accounts too frustrating to deal with them!

Update 7/28/23: I transferred my loan to Navy Federal Credit Union back in June and their system still shows like if I have a loan through them. I really hope these "late payments" don't show in my credit report because I am more than prepared to take legal action against this shady company. This entire experience has been a nightmare!!!I refinanced my car with them last year and they lost my title even though it was sent to their corporate office in Phoenix. To top things off they wanted me to fix this for them eventhough it took them nearly a year to catch this error. This place is a joke and untrustworthy. Needless to say I moved my loan to Navy Federal Credit Union.
