We took our dog into urgent care this AM. The clinic had a full schedule and was able to get us in. The staff was great and took the time to resolve the health issue. THANK YOU!!

Brought my girl Bella here after she got lost for 3 days while with family. They were amazing! The vet we saw was so kind hearted and got us in the next day and took such good care of our Bella! She was also very fair with the pricing and trying to save me cost where she could. I could not recommend this vet office enough!

Kind and care staff. Found a stray and everyone rallied and helped find the owner and ensure the dog was cared for. Truly care about pets. 5 stars all around

Since new owners/management this practice seems more focused on making $$ than on pet care. In the past I never had a problem getting an appt. if one of my dogs needed to be seen. BUT, yesterday I was informed priority is being given to "wellness" cases and I would have to call each am to see if an appt. was available for my dog with a painful ear infection. This is no longer a practice I will patronize.

I am extremely disappointed in the lack of concern this office had for my cat. He has been there several times, most recently in July for a wellness check. He previously saw Dr.Love who is no longer there, but had seen Dr. Alvarez for his most recent visit. I emailed on 9/28 for a prescription refill request for a pain medication he will be on for life and indicated I would be leaving out of town for two weeks on Oct 6. I finally received a call on Oct 4 stating they were denying the refill request which would be leaving my cat without his pain meds for 2+weeks. I had to scramble while at work to find a veterinarian to see him on such short notice so he would not be in extreme pain while I was away. A timely response to the refill request and/or a 2-week supply and this could have all been avoided. They had no concern for his well being at all.

Both, Ina and Oro Valley locations are great! The doctors go back and forth between locations, so we're happy to go to either.

This places deserves more than 5 stars! It was a Sunday morning when my mini dachshund needed care. I was expecting poor service, considering a weekend and a lot of waiting around. My dog had eaten dirt and was throwing up sand. This place not only got us right in, the care my dog received was top notch. These people are so kind and you can tell they really love helping our furry friends. I Will take all my dogs here from now on. Thank you for your wonderful service. Love, Coco

What I like is that I was not turned away from emergency services for my Rottweiler . The place on River turned me away. The lady with tattoos took one look at my dog and said we had to go back but she would call them and tell them my case needs a stretcher and is life threatening. So by the time I got River and La Canada they came out with a stretcher and carried him inside. Turned out my Fritz has the hemagamsarcoma (spelling) Cancer it's a silent killer. He was fine on Friday and by Saturday morning he could not move he could not eat could not breathe he was in shock and was dying. I did not know but he was put to sleep so he wasn't crying in pain anymore.

If you try to help out when your mom is in the hospital , they don't care if she is in there or not, cuz they only care if your on the account for the payee and I feel they care more about the money then helping your dog out. Our dog had a uti and instead of changing the meds , they wanted to recheck her uti again. Her antibiotics were not agreeing with her and so we had to stop them for that reason and I said i needed a different one and they wouldn't talk to me ,cuz i wasn't on the account. My dad ended up calling them and they would talk to him , cuz he is another payee. They hung up on me three times , cuz I wasn't on the account. I'm not a fan of the place , but my mom has to make the choice when she gets out and my son is on the account too and my son isn't wild about them either

My moms pets go to a different vet that was closed since it was Saturday. Her almost 18 year old cat had become suddenly ill and could not wait until Monday to be put down. Out of a few calls, NW Pet Clinic was able to accommodate immediately. The staff was very caring and they got us back into a room right away. However, Dr. Christensen was not very empathetic as she made my mother feel guilty about her death. Stating "had she had regular care, this could have been prevented." The cat did have regular care somewhere else and was eating and drinking up until this weekend. There is a time and place for everything and making that comment while putting your cat down was not it. Very unprofessional in my opinion. They also have much higher prices.

Slowest vet I've ever been to. Not my first visit either. Took my oldest dog for vaccinations. They did a snap test for heart worms and said it would take 10 mins for the results. Left me in the exam room for 25 mins. Took another 40 mins to "constitute" a proheart injection when I asked what took so long all I got was some foul look and a sorry explanation of oh it takes 15 mins to constitute, I asked well what was going on for the other 25 mins I was waiting and why weren't you constituting the injection while the 10 min results were happening? I'll never go back here and would rather drive 30 mins out of my way. I had another animal we took here in the past and were not pleased with that experience. They're like a bad mechanic trying to up sell you on anything and everything. If you tell them no on any of their recommendations they'll ask you a second time. They're punctuality is the worst. If it's gonna take 40 mins tell me it's gonna take 40 mins and don't lie to me saying it's only gonna be 10 mins. They either over book themselves and/or are understaffed considering how long they take every time I've been there. I was there for an hour and a half today for a rabies shot, oral bordetella, snap test and a proheart injection. I took three dogs to Buena pet clinic in august for the exact same thing and was there for less than 30 mins. They're considerably cheaper and more personable, I'd recommend using them instead of northwest pet clinic if you made it this far through my rant

Vet tech Mariah and Dr. Iman are absolute gems in handling my extremely anxious fearful foster dog. Both of them took the time to get close to her, speaking softly and using treats before the examination. I'm impressed knowing most vets are busy and they need to be in and out quick. I'm even more impressed they do it for a foster dog with a local rescue group since the visit is heavily discounted. They truly care about animals. Mariah mentioned we could set up "nice visits" that the dog goes in to get pets and treats to get over the fear of going to a vet office. How nice!

We took our 14 week of puppy here after having an unfortunate encounter with a cactus this past Thursday. They were able to get him in right away and took such good care of him. They listened to our concerns and talked us through the treatment process. They made an awful situation so much better. He is now doing amazingly all thanks to them!

Northwest pet clinic on Ina Rd was caring for my 17 1/2 yr old dog. They were all so kind and helpful. He became suddenly more ill and the Oro Valley office was able to get him in the same day. He was too sick and we chose to euthanize him. The Oro Valley office doctor and staff were so kind and supportive. They had a room decorated with angels and hearts with rug on the floor so we were able to sit in the floor with him on his favorite blanket. I can't say enough how the techs, the front desk girls, Dr Engard all were so compassionate and helped us through the terrible day my kids had to say goodbye to the dog they grew up with. I will be taking any future pets there!
