I love NG but this location has mediocre customer service and terrible produce consistently. Try another location. Today I bought 3 of something because it was labeled as on sale but was charged the regular price. The shelf label was on the wrong item. I don't have time to stand in a long line because they're under staffed just to get back the seven bucks they overcharged me. No reason whatsoever to hassle us with bathroom codes or block access to them before before closing time

It smells like patchouli when you first walk in. Take that as good or bad depending on who you are. All of the produce is fresh. However you need your own bag or you need to purchase a reusable bag for your produce. They carry many alternative meats, milks, cheeses, etc.
There is a large variety of hair and body wash products. Aisles and aisles of vitamins and supplements.
It has quite a lot packed into a relatively small space but it doesn't feel cluttered. The staff is always kind and helpful. They will supply you with a free cardboard box if you don't bring your own bags for your groceries.

I used to love NG but since they want to union bust, it’s better to shop at your local farmers markets until they realize that their business tactics are harmful to employees and their community.

I used to love this store, but after hearing that they've been terminating employees for trying to unionize, I can't shop there anymore in good conscience.
Shame on you, Natural Grocers. Do better.

The way you treat your employees is absolutely atrocious and I hope you know the BBB is a real business and that you can’t fire people for joining a union but keep illegally firing people ? we all know what kind of people are truly running behind the scenes
