Made the reservation on the app with ease, and when it came time to pick up the suv, they didn't have the suburban I wanted but Justin looked around for me and got us a comparable replacement with a wagoneer. Thank you for the great service and ease of pick up and return. I will use them again.

I rented a car at the Tucson Airport location for 24 hours and returned it on time. I received a call a day after I returned home to ask if I needed to extend my rental because they didn’t have it checked in and the it took another 48 hours to find it and the company didn’t even contact me to let me know they found it.

I enjoy using National Car Rental. The staff is courteous and friendly. I have rented several times over this year with only a couple of hiccups.

It was a very easy process at Tucson airport. Although the particular car we reserved was not available, a perfectly good replacement was offered and a day rental was removed to compensate for that. Very impressive and will rent from National again!

This place is awesome, Curtis is normally who I work with and he’s the best, he’s so kind and professional. Rick is who helped me today. He also was kind as well. I always have a pleasant experience here but today was different.I rent a car every week from national for work sometimes 2-3 times a week and have never had any issues. Today I had my first issue. I parked my car and shuttled and hurried to catch a shuttle to national. I was running late because I decided to let my niece and nephew ride along so having the little ones today put me a tad behind schedule. As I approached the window, I realized I left my physical ID in my car on my car seat. I did have my ID on my phone (virtual) and I had my credit cards that were on file when I originally booked the car so I assumed being here so often that they would cut me a break this one time with the forms of IDs I had especially after explaining my situation.Ricky called over a gentleman named Joey and even after pleading with him and showing him my virtual Id along with my physical credit cards, he would not let me pick up my car. I’m use to the emerald elite club and never even have to stop and speak to someone but Tucson doesn’t have that which is already a great inconvenience and now I have Joey telling me to shuttle all the back to the parking lot and get my physical ID and shuttle all the way back with two kids even after pleading and showing him my virtual ID.I understand policies and procedures but where is the “compassion, customer relations and good customer service? Especially with your customers who give you so much business and you see 2-3 times a week? Since this was my first poor experience I’ll come back and hopefully with Curtis or anyone else for that matter but I rather not work with “Joey” anymore. National please do better with teaching some of your “management” not to be robots

Once again, National Car Rental exceeded my expectations! Arriving in Tucson with friends there were no vehicles available to fit all of our luggage. Linda our agent left for a brief moment and came back with the key to a Jeep Grand Wagoneer which was perfect for the week! Thank you again NCR!!

I have used many car rental places and this one impressed me pretty highly. Our initial experience was on a downhill slide until the manager (Tracy) came over to inform us that we could skip the line by joining the emerald club. We skipped the line, chose whatever car we wanted, and drove off. When we returned, it was super simple check-in and an overall great experience!

I've been using National for several years, both for business and personal vehicle rentals. I have NEVER had an issue with getting access to a vehicle or trying to be upsold. In fact, one specific trip, they completely ran out of the compact size I chose, I got upgraded for free to an SUV (overkill for the trip). I am sure this is standard practice, but I appreciated it none the less.

Super fast, friendly service with a smile! I was valued as an Emerald Club Member, and I enjoyed a nice, hassle-free experience! It is refreshing to not have a headache dealing with the rental car after a long business flight! Great staff!
