I wanted to switch from my bank and go with somewhere local, and when I found National Bank of Arizona I knew that I didn't haver to look anywhere else! They are welcoming, friendly, and quick to help and answer any questions with respect and professionalism.Dalton had helped me mostly get my business account set up, and he made everything easy to understand. Thanks Dalton and NBAZ Team!

National Bank of Arizona is fantastic. Very responsive, and all of the bankers are very knowledgable. I know I do not have to worry about having my money there. Dalton, specifically at the River location, is polite and knowledgable. His service, professionalism and expertise make me comfortable and pressure free. If you are considering a bank change I would recommend NBAZ wholeheartedly.

I was referred to National Bank of Arizona as a place to open a business account. My wife and I met with Rachael, the branch manager and business manager. My wife and I feel three or four guarantees were made by Rachael to get us to sign up for the business account. We were guaranteed our funds would be available next day, then in three to four days, and it actually took a little over a week. Once our founds were finally available, we didn't have our debit cards so I had to use Zelle or wires to transfer money to other businesses and myself. This was also difficult because the banks Zelle department repeatedly froze my Zelle account due to "risky" transactions even though I was sending money to myself or other verified Zelle participants that I had previously Zelle'd.While opening our initial business account, before we were aware of the issues, we decided to open three other accounts... another business account and two joint personal accounts. WE were told those accounts would be available for use after 48 to 72 hours. They were never available. All return contact from the branch manager, Rachael, ceased until she reached out to make me aware we couldn't have a business account with their bank. That was about a month after opening the initial business account, and three weeks after our initial issue with her. Now, ironically, after being told we could no longer do business with their bank, Rachael was extremely helpful. My wife and I are extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism we received during our brief time at National Bank of Arizona.

Today I went to the branch at 4:45pm and the branch and the drive through was closed! This branch is located at 1985 E. River Rd in Tucson - Closing early without a notice is bad for customers- I checked on line and it is very clear the closing hours are 5:00pm Monday-Friday -

Very nice staff. I've banked with NBoA for years with no issues. Always treated with kindness and respect. This was my first time to visit this branch. The employees treated me like family. Offered me water and told me to stay as long as I needed. It was very hot, so I appreciated the offer.I highly recommend.

I was so happy to be done with NBAZ when I walked into one of their branches on 4/22 to permanently close my account. I happened to log in to my old NBAZ account tonight while looking for past deposit. I was shocked to see that the auto pay that I forgot to transfer to my new bank actually went through on a CLOSED account nearly a month later! The payment was returned the next day, but a $35 insufficient funds fee still remains. How do you get rid of this bank?! I filed a BBB complaint, so hopefully I can end this nightmare soon.

Well, went to make a deposit on Wednesday at noon.... Bank was CLOSED for lunch! I have had an account here for years ( not a piddling amount ), but can't say they appreciate it ; fees are never waived.

The branch manager, David Cordero, has literally the worst customer service skills. Due to COVID, we were working with him via email and he could not take the time to explain a thing and finally just ended up saying he can't help us anymore because we didn't fill a form, a half page form, out correctly and the fast approaching deadline. He could have started from the get go saying he wouldn't be able to help us because of time constraints instead of having us send him everything, not tell us what was incomplete on our form, which we still don't understand how our form was incorrect and then shutting us down and wasting our time. The guy needs better people skills. It doesn't matter what the situation is, you don't treat people/businesses like nothing in a customer service industry.

just so you know, they charge you $6 to cash their own check, if you dont have an account.. no matter how low it is. that is absolutely ridiculous, imo.

I initially went to this bank because they have a trust and investment company and I had just created a trust. I asked their wealth management people how they would invest my nest egg, performance data so I could compare their results with market benchmarks, and how they would help and protect my wife if I were to pass first. The answers were very disappointing but I'm not going to get into details. Suffice it to say, that I found them to be expensive, an investment philosophy that was not tailored to my personal situation, and getting information was difficult. I did not see any added value they would provide So in order to be a part of their trust division, it was mandated that I use their bank for all my banking needs. This was where things really fell apart. Customer service, providing timely access to my own funds, being treated with respect when I complain about deposits, wire transfers, etc were in a word, terrible. I cannot recommend the branch I went to. May be the other branches are different, but my advice is: stay away

i definately do not recommend then for any reason whatsoever. i was traveling all year and didnt go into a branch as i have multiple bank accounts and this was just used as an emergency account if i needed to do a car repair etc, and now the almost $1000 was just given to the state and my account closed for inactivity, but they sure didnt have any problem taking fees out. whats the point of having a bank account when your money is just going to be stolen and given to the govt for no reason, they made a policy change last year and didnt tell me that i have to access it so often, it used to be 3 years. better off just putting your hard earned money in a safe.
