1 Star — Worst salon experience I’ve ever had
I’ve been putting off writing this review bcuz I’ve been so stunned ! I can’t believe my experience there was so terrible.
I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I will never be returning. From start to finish, the experience was terrible.
First, the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. The salon itself was filthy — I literally saw roaches crawling on the floor. Along with their supplies that sit on the same floor. As I’m sitting waiting for my tech to finish with another client . A roach was killed right in front of me, scooped up with bare hands, and then the nail tech continued the service on that poor girl without washing their hands. That alone should’ve been my cue to walk out.
Second, I was told I wasn’t “allowed” to get regular nail polish on my pedicure because my toenails supposedly “weren’t compatible” I “needed to get the gel” — something I have never heard in my life. On top of that, even regular polish would have been an upcharge, and gel polish was $15 extra.
I came in for a mani-pedi, but when it came time for the manicure, they rushed through it, didn’t even match the polish to my toes (despite my request), and still acted like I was inconveniencing them when I asked to color match. To top it all off, they were extremely pushy about demanding a tip at the end.
Between the rudeness, the unhygienic conditions, the bizarre pricing rules, and the sloppy work, this was hands down the worst nail salon visit I have ever had. Save your money and go somewhere clean, professional, and respectful.

Kevin is absolutely amazing…. I have had my nails done for many many years… Kevin is the first nail tech that has actually listened to what I wanted done… I would recommend him to anyone wanting your nails done..Perfection at its best!!

I came in last week to fix my broken nail and remove the acrylic due to the injury. The nail tech did not want to charge me for the service but I left her a tip. I am back here today for my fill for the good customer service. They called me back right at opening to get me on today for a fill.

This place really lives up to its Google reviews! Best service, best pedicure, and incredibly clean. Kevin is amazing, but honestly, I could see that everyone here was getting top-notch care. The whole team is so accommodating, attentive to detail, and professional. I left feeling pampered and relaxed—and I’ll definitely be back!

You know, there are times when a man just wants to get a pedicure. Hygiene is important, yes, to men as well, haha. Well, today, I went after getting off work. Technician Y Nguyen (Nancy) did an amazing job! She did not rush the process. She was very receptive when I requested certain touch ups in the moment. If possible, I will start treating pedicures like hair cuts, keep the same person. So, I will definitely try and request the same person if I go back to that spot!

What an exceptional pedicure! The attention to detail from my nail technician was truly impressive. They took their time with every step, from the soothing soak and meticulous cuticle work to the relaxing massage that melted away all my tension. The polish application was flawless, and my feet haven't felt this pampered in ages. A truly professional and luxurious service that left me feeling fantastic.
