I’m genuinely impressed with every aspect of Monsoon Irrigation. From the start, their communication was outstanding—they reached out within minutes of my initial inquiry, sent helpful reminders, and called to let me know when they were on their way. The person I spoke with on the phone was so kind and efficient, making the whole process easy and stress-free.
When Josh arrived to service my request, he exceeded my expectations. He was not only patient but also took the time to thoroughly educate me about my irrigation system. He walked me through how he found the leaks and showed me exactly where they were. His attention to detail and dedication to doing a great job really stood out.
I’m so grateful to have found such a reliable company and look forward to working with them again in the future!

Great company to work with. Called for free estimate and Cody arrived the next day with a fair price. Jason & Travis did a " Stellar" job. Jason explained each and every step they performed. Those 2 worked very hard in this ridiculously hot ? weather. Thank you Scott for your expertise. They even removed broken limbs I lost during Sundays storms from my tree. Monsoon You Guys ? ? Will definitely be recommending you folks to all my friends ? and neighbors. Thank you ? for an Outstanding experience

Terrible customer service. Had a confirmed appointment today between 12-2pm and nobody called or showed up. I was looking to install low voltage landscape lighting for my whole property but looks like I’ll be going with a competitor.

Cody was friendly and professional for scheduling and Jason did a phenomenal job installing our new Rain Bird controller. Jason explained our new system in detail, performed a full system test, and answered all my questions. Highly recommended!!

Josh did a fine job in explainig why our old lighting system was having trouble and how it could be fixed. We decided that since it was so old we would get a new system. He installed it a week later, came when he said he would and left a clean jobsite behind. This is what a pro is.

We recently purchased a home that came with an old drip irrigation system that seemed to be in need of extensive repair. For the last 14 months we've been playing "whack-a-mole" repairing leaks and trying to improve what appeared to be a less than optimal original installation. During this time we contacted several landscapers, handymen, etc. and received a substantial range of equipment and design suggestions. Pricing was "all over the place", sometimes thousands of dollars in difference. We settled on Monsoon as their primary focus was irrigation installation. As noted in previous reviews, this company is head and shoulders above their competitors as far as professionalism, attention to detail and craftmanship. Josh, Jason and their skilled crew installed our system in less than two days walking us through the entire process as they went. We should also add that this work was done during absolutely scorching August heat. Additionally, they were able to trouble shoot several issues we were experiencing with our landscape lighting. As homeowners with zero experience regarding drip irrigation systems, Jason made it a point to patiently explain the new system to us and how to best manage it moving forward. What a positive experience!! We will be recommending Monsoon to anybody in search of landscape lighting and irrigation systems.Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance

Did an awesome job replacing a leaking irrigation line under our driveway. They clearly let me know when they would arrive, called me when there was a slight delay. My irrigation system has been leaking at the valves so I had to disable it. Monsoon came out within a day after calling and replaced all the valves and pipes, much of which had been plastic. None of the new parts are plastic. It's a beautify and neat job.Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance
