Monsoon will absolutely take care of you. Had issues with my vehicle after having excessive work done at a previous auto repair shop. Monsoon found multiple more issues that where left behind by the other guys. Very professional. Strongly recommend

They sold me a new transmission and I found out it was not new from the dealership they bought it from and in fact a rebuilt after they told me I should talk to the dealership! Promised this was the best option and it came with a warranty I could have it fixed anywhere in the US. My vehicle broke with in 4 days of getting it back and warranty ended up being not “anywhere in the US” and had to be taken to the dealership to be fixed (fix a brand new transmission). The only way I could get answers is to call multiple times to both places to finally undercover I was pretty much mislead from the beginning about everything. I’ve never felt more taken advantage of in my life. I highly do not recommend this shop, especially if you’re a woman they feel they can take advantage of.UPDATE: when questioned on the new transmission after finding out it was a rebuilt, Jay still stated it was new and I said that was false and he said he would find out and call back and then most response I’ve received is from this Google review. As soon as you discovered you were unqualified and had to send to my car to a transmission shop to diagnose the problem and then to the dealership you wiped your hands clean of the situation. I paid you not them and was lied to on what I was buying. Way to take someone’s money and not stand by your word or work. Dishonesty and a lack of integrity.Also I talked to the dealer, loan cars are free of charge anyways. They didn’t have one available, not that they didn’t want to give me one.

After just moving here to Tucson in July, I am glad to have found a truly honest mechanic. Both Marcus and Jay were very helpful and kept a clear line of communication with me for full transparency. They helped answer all my questions and explained what was going on with my car instead of just telling me what was broken like most other shops. It’s rare to find a shop as truthful and fair as these guys. Will easily be my mechanic for as long as I’m in Tucson.

Installed a bad transmission and it broke 4 days later. Had to take it to a transmission shop for a diagnostic. They know it needed fixed because they emailed the diagnostic report since they aren't qualified to fix it and "warranty" says it needs to go to the dealership they've pretty much wiped their hands clean of the situations. I had to call both places multiple times for 11 weeks to get my van back. They took my money and basically pushing it on to everyone else to fix claiming "they've done everything possible". Also said the transmission was new and sold me on it, dealership told me it was a rebuild and when questioned they said they would look in to it and call me back. Still no call back. If you have a transmission problem DO NOT take it here, take it to someone who is actually qualified to install start to finish efficiently

I tried out Monsoon Automotive on Tanque Verde after a couple negative experiences at Big Brand Tire. Monsoon was amazing! They were friendly, professional, and quick, even with me dropping the car off and not having an appointment. They have gained a new customer!
