I had a Zagg screen protector applied at Best Buy and it developed a lot of bubbles. I took it to Zagg and they honored the guarantee and applied a new screen protector for a fee of $10. Very worthwhile!”
“I used their service again, on 01/04/2026, as my phone was not switching on. They provided a quick service on Sunday and repaired my phone in 10 minutes. Destiny (the staff) was polite and helpful. It was speedy service, no waiting time.”

“I an sooooo Happy leilani she went above and beyond to make sure I walked out with a working phone. She was able to help me with getting me service on my iPhone using the same number that I had ported into A New Samsung A 54 5 G that locked up on me after 3 days of purchase. It is not accepting my password or anything I was using to unlock my phone. I had gone to the Cricket store on Saturday and Adrianna was not willing nor able to help me at all the way Leilani did today. Thank you Cricket for having such an understanding and knowledgeable person working with your company. As soon as I am able I will take the Samsung phone to the repair address given to me. Irene”

“I've completely forgotten the name of the gentleman who helped us, but he had a beard, wore a cap, and was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He diagnosed a motherboard issue (I think?) and was honest about it not being worth repairing (but he did say it was doable). He didn't charge my cousin at all for the diagnosis, and he even gave her some advice.
She was so thankful for his honesty that she came back another day with an old phone to have its battery replaced, just to support their business. He was a really nice guy, and he knew all about Samsung phones, which is pretty rare in the US. We even had a good chat about life in Hong Kong. They also have a coffee machine with free pods, which was a lovely touch while we waited.
The service was memorable enough that I'm writing this review a full year later! Highly recommended.”
“Normal this Kiosk is super busy! Today around 1630ish I was able to get right in. The entire replacement was less than 15 minutes! The installer was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable! Smooth painless install. Thank you for the service you provide.”

“As soon as I walked into this T-mobile store all of the staff were very welcoming and patient. I wanted to switch from Verizon to T-mobile and they made the switch so welcoming and easy. A nice gentleman named Elihu helped me with my switch, he was very patient with my needs and answered all of my questions. I am very happy that I switched!”
“Today Iwent to cricket at 2000 e broadway and was complete waste of time. Told me they reset my phone and so on.i know they didn't because I would have had to reinstall the theme I have on my phone.
The ladies at this 22nd street location were amazing and helpful all I needed was an updated Sim card. Thank you ladies no issues since!!”

“Recent convert to T-Mobile from Verizon, largely because I'd had enough of Verizon's unsatisfactory in-store service. Today I visited a T-Mobile store for the second time, and I came away even more convinced that I'd made the right decision. I was having trouble wiping the phone I'd traded for the 17 Pro: the demonic 16E. I needed expert assistance. Enter: Jassy. It's a good thing this friendly and super-competent young woman loves a challenge, because the demonic phone tried its best to thwart her. She refused to surrender, and didn't give up until mission accomplished. Jassy, if you're reading this, you are amazing! Thanks again.”
