DO NOT RECOMEND Mobile Home Depot, read both paragraphs.I bought 3 sets of steps and 3 railings 3 weeks ago (12 Sep), didn't like how they looked with the house, too commercial. When I asked about returning them I was told they would check with the manager. I get a call back saying they would but charge a 30% restocking fee. Which is a total of $1,075, I returned them today 7 Oct with reciept, and was charged the 30% restocking fee. I looked around at every sign posted inside ( have pictures) and on the receipt not one sign says anything about a restocking fee on normally stocked items. I know the restocking fee was a way to discourage me from returning the items. Now that I know it's not posted or a regular practice I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bereau in a week if the owner or manager doesn't reach out and correct the situation.Furthermore, I needed 3 more railings and Tucson told me they couldn't transfer, that I'd have to drive to Sierra Vista or Pheonix. So I spent 120$ in gas and a half day driving to Sierra Vista. When returning the other railings today they told me they can't return them here that I have to drive to Sierra Vista. Keep in mind when buying the steps and railings the district manager picked up a set of steps and a railing from another store and drove them here. But now I have to drive back to Sierra Vista. Once again a tactic to discourage me from returning, not a standard practice among retail stores. Once again this will also be addressed with the BBB.I work in the trades and live in a desert community with 300 plus manufactured homes and will gladly share my experience and not recommend. Brian was friendly and very helpful. MHD's inventory is extensive and covers everything you would need for your mobile home. Surprisingly, I saved a lot of money over the big box stores.

Found skirting for my house so inexpensive!! They cut to fit and got it into my car. Sweet, polite, knowledgeable employees. Wish I needed more just to hang out!!

We order supplies on 1/3/2023 we received them on 2/16/2023. We had asked how long it would take for the supplies to come in. We were told 2-3 weeks. We came in to purchase a door on January 17th. The order wasn't in yet On February 13th we were going to purchase another door. We do work in Desert Pueblo for the owner, they have brought in a lot of homes that need work done on them. We were told the order was in Sierra Vista. We were told we could pick it up or wait for them to get it. My husband told them no he couldn't go get it. He then said that he wants to order from them but needs to know when the supplies would be coming in. The Person sitting at the desk told him that he wasn't going to allow him to come in and give them a hard time about supplies coming in . That he has orders too. He then said that they would go get the order on Thursday just for him and that he was doing us a favor by taking the order and getting the order.. He was very curt and loud. We have never had a problem with anybody working there until now. We will be going somewhere else for our supplies and will no longer be recommending this store to our customers. Always helpful.Mobile homes are different than stick builts. Be aware of that before wasting your time at HOME Depot.

My grandfather has been working with Mobile Home Depot for the last month to try and get some windows for his home, and they sent him a size that does not fit the house, falsely claiming that he had specified the wrong size window. 2/3 of the windows he ordered were ordered to be 59” wide (.5” shorter than opening), and the windows that arrived were actually 52.75” wide. When trying to get this fixed - despite this original receipt stating 59”, the business owner stated that it was my grandfather’s fault and left him with the bill for both the 52.75” and 59” windows, which did not arrive until yesterday. To any rational person, this seems like fraud, and they need to make this right. It is not the customer’s responsibility to financially back when the business makes a mistake.

In February I purchased windows and didn’t realize they had no screens. I’ve went there several times to get the screens and have been told of they are to come in next week.Then after calling and calling to see if they ever got them. “Give me your number and I’ll call you right back”, Is what I’m told.The call never comes and still to this day 5 months later no screens.When I call it’s like the person answering the phone either don’t care or was never taught what customer service is.I won’t do business here nor will I recommend doing business with them.Poor business practices is all I can say.

Been waiting on 2 windows since the beginning of the year. Our arrival date has been pushed back at least 4 times at this point with no real explanation as to why and because of this, all other work with our project has also been pushed back 4 different times, making us look incompetent and unprofessional to our contractors. I'd respect them more if we were simply told "We have no idea when your order will come in." The covid excuse is old and outdated at this point. Look elsewhere for your needs. Even if it takes you 5 months to find someone else it'll still be quicker than ordering through Mobile Home Depot.
