I have been a monthly member for a long time. Great service from multiple locations. I really like the Westheimer location. Had been having issues with my widow sticker recently and Jennifer jumped on getting things fixed. Great attitude!

I go pert near some of the Mr Car washes. All have been professional, I’m in an out without Muss or fuss. For 19.99. It’s the best deal in town, to wash your car.

Came in for a platinum wash and I very disappointed with the service before entering my i noticed the center console had not been wiped down and gentlemen wiped for me but it should've been done already. The floors and seats were not vacuumed properly as there are still visible crumbs. The cup holders were not wiped nor was the gear shift. Asked for a freshener and did not receive it. Overall the experience was not worth the $40 and definitely not the $20 tip. I'm extremely dissatisfied and definitely would not recommend.

Another location in the chain for added convenience if you have a membership. This a full service location which means there aren't vacuums you can use, the workers cut in front of you going into the car wash and clog up the exit as you leave. While I understand they are busy and trying to service the customers paying for full/interior service, I don't need the anxiety and agression with my carwash. As a whole, I like having the car wash subscription. There are many locations to get a car wash so its convenient to pop by one while going about my day.

I've gone to several of their locations. I have their monthly unlimited wash plan. I usually go to their location on 2466 Gessner Rd. As a matter of fact I went there earlier today. Great service. This location I constantly see the workers emptying out the trash bins between the cars and cleaning the parking lot outside. The workers are always very polite.

Couldn’t even bother to update people that this location is closed. Pretty typical of Mister Car Wash’s miserable commitment to customers. I went to Car Wash Express down the road and was much more satisfied.

I got my car washed 2 weeks back and it resulted into scratches on car and they told me they would report it and resolve the issue. I came to the office 4 times in 1 week and no one is resolving the issue. There is no respect for customer's time and money here. Please get it resolved in a week. This is not a way a customer should be treated.

I love Mister Car Wash I am an unlimited membership owner but this location I don't like at all Once you get in line and go thur if a car behind you happen to be getting service done and they get behind you and jump out and let the automatic service it bumps you every time and then they act like it's no big deal yes b***h it's a big deal tap or hit you hit my s**h so to not worry about my s**h not getting hit i just go to the Bellaire location and save myself $10 and no scratches
