I don’t trust this location. I went to renew my membership and they used a random persons name and information so I was paying for someone else’s membership! When I went back for a car wash my membership sticker was no longer working and they said my membership was deactivated even though I was still paying for what I know now is someone else’s membership.

I was a LOYAL member until June 30, 2024, but not anymore.
In the middle of a car wash, the rollers failed to push my car forward, and I was rear-ended by a Chevy Tahoe due to minimal spacing. I tried to shift to Drive by using a slight brake after the rollers failed to push and skipped my car, but the cars were too close.
After parking, the assistant manager started the incident claim. The Tahoe was undamaged, but my car had a dented rear bumper. They asked me to exchange insurance details with the Chevy driver, implying the fault was mine. Despite claiming an investigation, they quickly decided they weren't liable, citing their equipment as working fine.
They refused to share footage without a subpoena or insurance agent, blaming potential driver negligence. I'm hesitant to involve my insurance due to potential premium increases and unhelpful outcomes based on others' experiences but considering it nonetheless.
**TL;DR**: They avoid accountability and blame customers for incidents. If you value your car, avoid this car wash. The convenience isn't worth the risk.

Doesn't clean like you think it would. My windows still had all the spots on the side that my windshield wipers couldn't get to. And the price for one car is crazy ridiculous, especially when it doesn't do a great job.

I'm happy with everything at this location. I recently tried a new place (Super Star) and wasn't happy with the outcome at all. Soaps and color additives were not completely rinsed off. I'll be sticking with Mister car wash from now on

Not sure why the attendants stand in my way of paying for my car wash ? Is just to try and up-sale me on a monthly plan or is it to shame me into adding a tip for their mere presence? Because other than guide cars into the car wash, they do absolutely zero for the customers? Either way it's getting pretty annoying

Delani explained the different membership options and was a pleasure to deal with. The car wash machinery does an excellent job of washing my car and provides a really good wash. The location is also convenient to access.
