After waiting 60+ minutes for my car to be ready, I got in to find it still dusty and with crumbs on the interior - as if they hadn’t cleaned at all. I am not impressed and will definitely not be returning.

Finally closed my account. I’ve had 2 good washes after the last year with them. Price went from 30 up to 46 with no notification, and then the added towel service went up another 5 dollars. I’ll go to Mo city for a cheaper service and better quality .

Canceling my membership. I’ve just had it after today. Honestly one of the worst car washes. These people have NEVER done a good job. I leave here mad all the time. Even after pointing out all the spots they missed. It’s like EVERY TIME I have to ask them to fix some areas.
Today I specifically asked and made sure they were going to clean out my trunk and the man told me yes. This was actually my whole point in coming today. I went thru the trouble of taking out the strollers, the wagons and whatever other junk I had in my trunk just to come get it cleaned. So My fault for not checking this one area before leaving as I had a toddler on my hip so obviously was in a rush. But I got home & opened my trunk to see it looking the exact same- completely untouched.
I am so angry. The guy literally told me YES when I asked about the trunk, I truly shouldn’t have even needed to check before leaving.
It also frustrates me how when I go thru the self car wash, sometimes there are guys there with rags wiping it down as I’m exiting, and sometimes those same guys sit there and watch my car leave. Don’t even touch my car.
Either do it all the time or never do it.
It’s the inconsistency & laziness for me.
The membership is not worth it here at all. There are better car washes out there who have employees that care and are trained.
I give it to 2 stars because at least the staff is always friendly to me.
Other than that it doesn’t deserve any.

They are ok not the greatest but I mean 11 for interior clean well we all know "you get what you paid for" they missed alot of areas but car was 76% cleaner

Don't waste your time or money! Those are only a few pictures. The doors have dirt, the floor mats are still dirty, dash is covered in dust and residue from the rag. There was a white residue on my leather seats.

Very disappointed. Paid $51 for the top tier package yesterday and they left streaks all over my windows, there was still dirt on my seats, they didn’t dry good enough. Just overall bad experience.

Worse car wash I have ever been to. If I pay $30 or $46 you will not get what you paid for. They missed vacuuming the back floor mates and they do not wipe down the interior. The employees are a bunch of losers who do not care. The fat black lady collecting my payment act like she could care less. Pathetic service and I will never be back.

Horrible service. I paid $46 plus tip to find out that the car was still dirty, when I asked them to at least re-vaccum it one of the guys literally told me that the car was too dirty and I shouldn't bring it here because it needs detailed wash. It was a waste of time and money. I don't recommend this place.

Needed a vaccum and wipe down. Wasn't vaccummed all the way or wiped down. Customer distracted a detail worker to the point worker did more chatting than working on my car.
Won't be back to that location
