Bought the $40 unlimited car wash and regretted it. My car was never fully cleaned after taking it through the wash. I cancelled it after 2 months.

I recently visited Misters Car Wash and had the pleasure of being assisted by Moises. He provided exceptional customer service and took the time to explain the amazing benefits of upgrading my car wash plan. Moises was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic about the services offered. Thanks to his thorough explanation, I decided to upgrade my plan, and I couldn't be happier with the decision. My car has never looked better! I'm very happy and grateful for Moises's excellent service. He truly went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. Highly recommend!

I love this location the employees are great. But we are in Arizona.
Today is high is projected at 113. It would be nice if the owner could add fans and misters for the employees it's just too hot out there.

The quality at Mister Car Wash has declined since its IPO. Higher prices (50% higher for monthly pass than when i joined), and fewer services. They used to have someone towel dry the side mirrors as you exited the wash. Gone now, They are turning the Country Club location into fully automatic and eliminating interior service (and all the jobs that go with that). I just happened by the Kolb location, and I paid $15 (on top of the $32 per month I already pay) for an interior cleaning, and the interior was hastily done, leaving behind plenty of dust, etc. This is a Tucson company, and I'm rooting for it. Right now, it's such a disappointment. I don't blame the workers. Management is letting standards slip. I understand about inflationary pressures on prices, but quality service shouldn't be sacrificed.

$55 for an automated car wash is ridiculous..then there is the tip… they always do a halfass job on the inside.. I wish Tucson had a better alternative

This location is my favorite, everyone is always very polite. The fellas even open my door for me and ask if everything looks good before I take off. Very satisfied every time I go! They do an excellent job.
