As a member we can wash the car unlimited times throughout the month. We usually do it every Monday after breakfast at the Hungry Fox that is located across the street. Always friendly and the member line is automatic ♡

I went in today to just get in a quick car wash. I had a small crack on my windshield and i asked the employees at the entrance if that would be an issue and they let me know it was fine for me to go ahead. As i leave the car wash my windshield is cracked from top to bottom.
I went back to the workers and i showed them that it has cracked all they way down and it was huge now where i had planned to just get that small crack repaired i have to now replace the whole windshield. I can’t remember the workers name but the lady was very friendly and i know its not any fault of theirs. I contacted mister carwash customer service so their is a chance for redemption but overall the lady that worked there was extremely sweet the other guy was salty as if i broke his windshield not my windshield so it was not a pleasant experience but i honestly don’t expect it to be ever I literally never write reviews because it just always a negative experience overall. Some people like the lady employee have manners and a sense of empathy for others because thats kind of what qualifies you to work in a line of customer service so ill just have to see what mister carwash does eventually.
Just to note i let mister carwash customer service know and i filed a claim today so their hasn’t been movement yet on that they said they’ll get back to me soon. This is a very honest review im not exaggerating anything or saying this is a horrible organization it can very much change my idea on them if customer service and my claim is taken seriously. The workers and employees were fine the lady was extremely nice no one should be punished for this some people are meant to have customer service jobs where others arent and that was shown today.

Drive through is convenient, and use of vacuums is included, but the vacuums are super wimpy, so I’m currently looking for an alternative for my next wash.

The best term to describe this chain of car washes is mediocre.
It costs $15 for their best performing wash and you get haggled to purchase their $20 a month membership by their employees. I want to be able to go in and out. I don’t want to be explaining myself why I don’t need this membership every single time I go, it’s annoying and wastes your time. I went last week & it took me 15 mins just to get into the wash bc the employee was so persistent on upselling me on it.
If you were to come here, I would not recommend getting tire shine add on. It will become a glue to attract dust and brake dust. Absolutely destroyed my rims, and took several hours of metal polish and elbow grease to get all the old shine mixed with brake dust off my rims.
I will not be returning to Mister Carwash.

Spent 25 dollars and car was left all spotted. They do not offer towels and if you want to vacuum the inside you have to let them do it for tips? Worst car in ash in Tucson, if not in the nation?

Most likely the best setup of any car wash i've ever seen, Mr. Car Washcontinues great service at a reasonable price. I like being able to vacuum and wash my vehicle frequently without having to get quarters and having machines quit on me . Not having to clean up someone else's mess in order to use the equipment is also a big plus. They also have friendly staff members that always smile. They really want your business.
