There was an incident last yesterday where I lost my windshield wiper going through the wash. Even though the manager Jesus didn't have too, he replaced the wiper. His attention to excellent customer service is why I will continue to be a monthly member.

The whole team here is easy-going and always have a smile on their face. Alex went out of his way to comfort my dog during the car wash which is amazing customer service. Kind of business that you appreciate going back to. Kudos
