The car was still dirty, covered in bugs and even dirty windows AFTER spending $20 to wash it! I'd have thought for such a well known and popular business that they'd be more concerned with having a quality job done.

Excellent customer service! The wash never disappoints! I had heart surgery so I hadn't driven my car in more than a month and it was super dirty, One Drive through and it was sparkling! My Escalade is black so you could see everything. I love how I can go through here twice a day if I wanted to!

For the monthly rates charged with Mister Car Wash, I'd much rather wash my car at home or at a self service place. The quality of the car washes is mediocre. The automated system does not fully reach all areas of my stock vehicle. Each time after getting my car washed, I have to go back over the "cleaned" and missed areas to finish the job. I can't recommend any business that is not a pleasurable or gratifying services.

Used to love misters, going here for years. Past few times cars are too close in the tunnel, and the most recent the wash broke down. Leaving my car and others covered in some oil… not pleased.

Mr Car Wash is not living up to its name. If the most expensive plan cannot clean your car and leaves portions of your car unwashed, then it’s a rip off! I will never use Mr Car Wash ever again.
I guess I’ll have to wash my car at the Superstar Car wash near work. I’ve used them in the past and their $7 wash was much better than the most expensive plan $39.99 at Mr Car Wash.
Mr Car Wash is such a disappointment and such a waste of money. I might as well have thrown $40 out the window….oh wait, that’s exactly what happened when I paid Mr Car Wash to clean my car, but their tunnel failed to do that.
Plus the vacuums don’t work and there were no towels to dry the parts of my car that got washed, since only one half got cleaned.
And the stupid girl at the front told me to run my car through a few more times to get it washed all the way. What kind of ridiculous solution is that?! She didn’t take ownership of the situation, didn’t apologize that their set up is a scam and didn’t figure out the problem, just offered a stupid solution. Never again will I use or recommend anyone to use this place.

Mister Car Wash is the worst car wash I’ve ever been to. I bought their mid-level plan at $32.99/mo and the promised wash to get everything washed off, along with the wash of the undercarriage, and tire shine, etc did not get all the dirt off my car. The right side was hardly washed and still had dried dirt on it. The under carriage was not washed at all and there was no shine to my tires. Also, there were no towels to dry off the water on the side that did get washed. The vacuum doesn’t work well. It was a total waste of money to go to Mr Car Wash. I canceled my membership the same day.
The Superstar car wash is a little further from me, but their $10/mo plan gives my car such a great wash that my car (including my tires and under carriage) looks like new. Included in every wash, Superstar car wash also gives you a wet wipe and air freshener for the inside of your car. They also have towels to dry off your car, vacuums, air pressure detailers, and a specific cleaner for your car mats. Plus the workers are helpful and nice.
I will never use or recommend Mr Car Wash to anyone, especially when there is a Superstar car wash that does a much better job for less.
