I had to guide myself into the carwash and then just sit and wait- not one employee was around. I finally beeped my horn to get attention and have someone start the carwash for me. Not impressed with Mr Carwash lately!

Mister car wash on oracle and river are the best in tucson! Been coming here for years. Hands down best customer service, great employees all around! Not a single employee wasn't smiling!! Love this place! And cars are always shining!

There seems to be some problem every time I go. Either my membership isn’t recognized. Or they use the sticky tire polish when I’ve set it up so I don’t get that. Or they’re out of clean rags. It’s a good concept for a car wash, but poor execution. I’ve been calling and trying to cancel my unlimited monthly was subscription and no one will return my call. I don’t recommend this place, it’s been a headache for me

I was kindly reminded they close at 6:30pm and I got here 7 minutes before. This was the location at Oracle and River. Sorry most locations close at 7pm!
