Friendly staff, quality wash and inside clean.
I had my car washed here multiple times and the staff is always friendly and the line was never too long. The inside cleaning was always completed with attention to detail while being quick too. My car came out looking clean and shiny inside and out. The waiting area is clean, in the shade and the indoor area is air-conditioned, clean toilets are available as well as a couple of vending machines.

First and last time to visit. Not only did the front of my car not get cleaned, but I was rear-ended and have bumper damage! This happened 1/2 way through the wash, not at the exit. Their staff insisted that somehow the damage was my fault, but my car was in neutral and I wasn't even holding the steering wheel. I suspect it was due to the fact that they loaded the cars too close together and the mechanical track may also be defective/damaged. I am super disappointed in how the issue was handled and the fact that the carwash took absolutely no responsibility. No idea it was such high risk to get a $22 carwash.....Buyer beware.
3 days later --- I was told Mister Car Wash video tapes everything and they would send me this video. Also told they would follow-up with me directly (I provided both email and phone). Nothing yet. I appreciate the response from the owner, but the fact that I need to chase someone down when you have my information isn't a sincere desire to provide great customer experience.
Update 4 days later - Received a call from Mister Car wash. Apparently my car hopped the runner so the damage is my fault and they claim no responsibility. So the question is why did my car get off the runner and why was the car behind me so close that I was immediately hit? Either this location has defective equipment or they are loading the cars too close together (or both). Super disappointing they take no responsibility and are not even willing to refund my $22 for the wash.

Decent car wash for the price although they always try to upsell. The only complaint is that I never want tire shine since it slings on the side of the truck and they struggle with honoring that request.

Several locations need to be better with the duality of the cleaning. The brushes miss bottom 1/3 of my car & the front is usually just as dirty but with water marks. The drying isn’t much better!

The washer busted the mirror off my car. Under NO circumstances will the manager Hassan answer the phone.
FOLLOW UP. Contacted the Cust Care # several times (its been 3 weeks). Still no progress. Even Cust Care can't get Hassan to answer the phone it seems. The response sent by "the owner" thus far has resulted in absolutely nothing..

if i could give this place 0 stars i would. 3 weeks ago their drive-through wash snapped my mirror off, and since then i have received almost 0 communication back. not a single text or email, the only way to get ahold of them is if i call. i have yet to receive any compensation. never go here.

Depending upon what location you visit, don't think you can get your interior clean. Because most of them are being converted or built as strictly exterior car washes witch bothers me. Because I like to get my car cleaned inside and out. The few that do do do in interior and exterior I'll never understand why it's so hard to detail the inside. It's in the name folks if you're advertising an into your detail. Then I suggest you master what that means. Because every time I pay nearly forty dollars to get my car done The first thing you see when you get back on your car. Is a spot that was missed, Typically on the windshield indoors. I get it, it's hard, but if it is the business that you're in and I think you should master it.

They always are available when I need them. The service they offer keeps the finish on my
car looking factory fresh and help me to maintain the highest possible resale and/or
trade in value for my vehicle. I would most definitely recommend their service to anyone.

Tried this place and it sucks. Does not clean much compared to other branch. Employees are nice though.
