This place has finally cleaned up their act. I've written several negative reviews over the years about this car wash. After great service here this past year I'm happy to say I'm finally getting a great wash. Today the last guy said "it was really dusty, I did my best" and he did! I knew it was dusty and in the past I'd get it back dusty. Today it was pretty dang clean. And I watched that guy crawl in the back to get the inside of the back windows with dog sneuters on them. He was an older guy with gray in his goatee. That's grade A. Give that dude a raise.
One thing I never do is come on the weekend. It seems like the quality of the wash goes WAY down when they get busy, so I try to come during the week when it is slow. I noticed this when I brought my work car in and it got a proper cleaning. First time I saw a proper cleaning and first time I came during the week. I also tipped on the card, not cash like I used to. Maybe they look at the tip before they decide to clean it well or not. Which is crazy, and the whole reason I used to wait to tip, and tip cash.

Not the kind of attention to cleaning as they used to do. One guy working hard, the other 2 hardly doing anything. Did not open hatch on my car to vacuum or do anything until I pointed it out. Still had bird poop on my hood when I drove away. The guys cleaning on side of car away from customers view definitely did much less than staff on view side.

Was pleased with my now clean car. Very courteous yet professional staff. Efficient. I explained that I had too much stuff in back cargo section of my Toyota Highlander and they could bypass the back cargo but please clean back windows. They did so and also cleaned the inside of all the door jams and back hatch, very impressive! My car was immaculate inside and out. Thanks so much! Just a few dirty drips on my leather seats but other than that, good job!

I was vacuuming my car & an employee told me I was “not allowed” to use the vacuum “but I could go up the street to use their vacuum, sorry about that.” I have a membership!

Such a wonderful experience! Every time I'm there the service is outstanding, not only is the exterior wash much better than at any other car wash I was at, but the interior is absolutely fabulous! All of the staff put in so much work while cleaning the "interior", the reason for the quotation marks is because along with the interior they complete the exterior and make sure the car is fully dry and perfectly shiny on the outside! Eric and Sergio have provided outstanding service for as long as I have been there and confirm that I am pleased with the final result every time! With the car being perfectly clean and smelling like a dream after every visit, it is impossible to not come back! The team of professionals that takes care of my car also includes but is not limited to Allan, Evan, Zoe, and Miana which undeniably add on to the superb customer service that I receive. This truly is the best car wash I have been to, and a mix of the emotional pleasure I receive from the customer service plus the marvelous condition in which my car is left, truly seal the deal!
