I would recommend MIRACLE MOVERS to my friends and family and anyone wanting movers who are reasonably-priced, honest, careful and caring. They arrived on time and ready to work: they took great care with all my furniture and made sure we were satisfied with all their work. 5 Stars is not enough; they were just plain great!

No way should these reviews be so high! This was the worst experience with a "professional" I've ever had to the point that I'm shocked there are any good reviews. Here's the list of issues:1. He did not answer his phone, and there wasn't any way to leave a message. He just calls back.2. He gave a specific price for the job after we gave him the details--no hourly charge, just one set price. At the end of the job--when he tried to get the full price he quoted us for half the work--he said he would never do that. He acted insulted and like we were lying to try to cheat him. He tried to get us to go to a back at 7:30 at night and withdraw the full amount. When the discussion continued about what he'd quoted, he said he was late for taking his child trick-or-treating and that it was our fault for starting the job so late.3. We had to start the job late because of him. He convinced my fiancee to leave work early so they could start at 1, when it was originally going to start at 3:30. When we tried to call and confirm 1, he did not answer or call back. My fiancee left work early, anyway, just in case. The truck pulled up at nearly 3:45, and Dotan STILL had the nerve to complain the whole time about how he could have been done had we not started late...and this was with both of us and a friend of ours also taking things out.4. After he started calling us criminals, he stormed outside and started smoking right outside our garage with an open door into the house. He was yelling at my fiancee and calling him names in the carport in front of our brand new neighbors. I had to go outside to get him to try to act with some measure of professionalism instead of embarrassing himself and making a scene.5. His truck leaked fluid on our new carport because he was filling it up out of the jug during one of his many chain-smoking breaks.6. He called my fiancee four times after he finally left. He answered the first time, and Dotan told him he wasn't finishing the job. Instead, he was driving to the police station and telling them to arrest us for trying to cheat him.Do not trust this man! He is not honest, he is delusional, and he will spend half the time he works for you trying to make you feel like you did something wrong. And the worst thing is that--after the trauma and frustration of the experience--you will be left knowing that he knows where you live and also knowing that he is unstable. I'm still afraid he will punish us for the sins he thinks we've committed.****I'm adding this note after reading the responses from the company to every bad review posted here. I'm almost entertained at the fact that Dotan either acts like the reviewer never actually hired his company or he goes off on a diatribe telling his delusional version of what actually happened. And I especially love the mention of a receipt to prove people were actually customers. No papers of any kind were ever seen by us, but his phone number is all over our phone and so is his vm message. I can tell he wrote every response to every negative review because that's how he sounded in our kitchen and in our carport. I can't wait to hear what he'll make up for us.

We did an in-town move with the sale of our home. Not only did Miracle Movers give a great rate, but they were very flexible when we ran into some issues with the closing on our house. They worked tirelessly, and quickly, and completed our move faster than I thought possible and with great attitude and service. 10/10 experience!

If you give respect you get respect in return. I called them the night before to discuss abilities, pricing and options for the move we needed and two men showed up early the next day at 6am promptly as discussed to beat the days heat. This company treated us well and offered to help beyond the discussed pieces of furniture we needed moved from a 3rd floor apartment to a 2nd floor in a completly different building on the property. Nothing was damaged and they completed it in 1hr time frame for 10 rather large furniture pieces; one of which was a 3 piece sectional couch. Pricing beat quotes we got from surrounding companies as well. We will be using them again should that need arise.

They did a great job moving a very heavy, 100-year-old piano and a hide-a-bed for us. They arrived on time and in great spirits to do the work both quickly and carefully, definite 5-star company!

GF just them a few days ago and was pleased with the experience. It was a local move of a few miles but the men showed up on time and final cost was at written estimate. Move was from second floor to second floor.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I was scheduled for 130pm move and the movers did not show up until after 6pm. I had to keep calling for eta of the movers. When the 3 guys finally arrived they wanted to rest a bit and was constantly breaking. Quote that I was given 2wks before the move was $300 and they could have me moved in 2hrs. End Price was over $600. When we got to the destination one of the movers climbed in the moving truck and went to sleep. And to top everything else off they did not take everything into the apt. They put it in the parking lot because my roommate and I were complaining about how we did not want to pay them any more money. The move was delayed more than 5hrs, the workers were taking a lot of breaks (the lead had to stay on his help to work) and the one worker went to sleep and did not help unload. So the owner came to my new apt to get his money in cash stating that he gave us a discount and since we would not pay more they would just get it off their truck. My bff and I had to move the rest in our home by ourselves and I am disabled. We are females. The movers stopped helping at midnight. 6hrs later from the time they arrive and mind you they did not have to pack anything just load the truck and unload. So no. I would not recommend tis company to anyone.

Alright, I tried to avoid doing this but I come here to find that these "miracle" movers have almost five stars. There is NO WAY this is accurate. I had these guys move me a few months ago and I'm still recovering from the aftermath. It's hard to even tell the story because I'm revisiting the trauma of it. They acted like all would be taken care of; no job too big - "don't worry, we'll take care of it" you know all the niceties. I had a well-organized house with all my stuff sorted into neat labeled containers. I had a desk full of art supplies for example. Post move, I find all of that stuff was removed from the desk and thrown into boxes with no organization whatsoever. No forethought was applied to how crazy this would make unpacking. Same goes for everything else. No labels on any of the boxes and no logical organization of what boxes had what stuff. They didn't even close to try to minimize the amount of trips this all would take, in fact, the opposite was clearly happening. Whenever I checked on them, one guy would be boxing stuff while the other was outside smoking. I can't even come close to communicating the horrors of this move. I'm losing it just thinking about it. I had specialized acoustic panels and other video gear that were all damaged. I had a dresser (my grandma's) with a piece of glass on it...can't find the piece of glass. Pretty sure they broke it. They said it would take 2 days. On the second day they're begging to go home when the job wasn't done and guess why: because they didn't try to fill in the truck. Should have gotten a flat rate estimate. Lesson learned. These guys gouged me and did a terrible job.
