Cut & color done. Very happy with the color. However, the haircut was way shorter then I asked for...6 to 8 inches shorter then I wanted...not happy at all. Live and learn, never again.

When you ask a stylist to cut your hair a certain way and they REFUSE and tell you that you don't want your hair that way and besides that your paying for it you EXPECT THEM TO CUT IT HOW YOU WANT IT!!!! not here. I've seen the last of Michael!!!

A view months ago I had the most amazing haircut in my life. Even though I wasn't crazy at the prospect of cutting two inches off, it is damaged and I followed Michaels recommendation. What has transpired is amazing! Even now two months later my hair has never been so bouncy in my life. His haircut just keeps lingering and my hair is full of life. I would strongly recommend people get their hair cut styled or trimmed by Michaels haircrafters! And he did a root touch up yesterday and it was very nice match to my color exactly!

Very disappointed. After reading the reviews I found a Groupon and thought I would give Michael a try. We are new to the area and needed to find a stylist. There was a Groupon for $70 and you receive $130 worth of credit toward charges. Michael is nice but my highlights are among the worse I have ever received. He also decided to take a walk-in 10 minutes before my set period was up so I was in foil at least 10 minutes longer than I was supposed to be. My previous color Technition NEVER let me go a minute over 30. When I asked him if it was ok that the timer went off and I was still sitting there in foil he said "oh ya it's fine." The color was a disaster so I told him just to take off the dead ends when it came to the cut. I couldn't have a terrible cut and color so I cut my losses. I didn't know exactly how bad the color was until I got into the natural light. In the very front of my forehead he didn't bother to color that strip and so it looks like I need my roots done. When he dried my hair he didn't put one drop of product in my hair- NOT ONE DROP! I have never had a hair dresser NOT put product in my hair. Needless to say after he blew it out it looked like it needed to be bailed. When it came to payment I showed him the Groupon. He said that was from 4 years ago (I bought it approximately 3 days before the appointment). He said he would honor it. I asked how much I owed him, he never gave me a total. He asked if he quoted me a total over the phone - he didn't. He handed me a credit card receipt for $70. So either he charges $200 for a partial highlight and cut or he gave me the Groupon at face value and not the $130 that was advertised. At any rate, I was so mortified by the color that I didn't even realize what had happened. With tip, Groupon, and what he charged me I ended up paying $195 for a terrible partial hair light and trim. He may do fine with men's cuts but I would not use him if you need color or anything short of a chili bowl cut. It was a horrible experience take your business elsewhere.
