If there was a star for ZERO I would choose it. Disappointing experience. We went in to add a new line to our account and take advantage of the free phone you get by adding that new line. The salesman added the line for us and then told me that's not an option any longer. I argued the fact it was advertised everywhere in the store and he still said " NO", you have to port a number over and get a new line first. NOT what the signage says in the store. He also could not add the correct plan we were on to the already registered account. He then charged me $35 for the new line to be added. He told ME to call customer service to finish getting the new line set up. When I called they also confirmed that I was indeed supposed to get a new phone with that NEW LINE. I was apologized to by two supervisors that said he gave me false information and they escalated a ticket complaint. I was told to go back to the store to get my free phone. I went over with my husband and it turns out that the guy that messed all this up is THE STORE MANAGER. The owner was there, he was very unaccommodating, a little smart mouth and nasty. That's when the manager told me I should have gotten a free phone but they don't have ANY in the store. Not at all what he said earlier. He admitted to being wrong in telling me anything else, but the manager stood there doing nothing. I walked out without a free phone today. DO NOT DO BUSSINESS with this location. My son works for Metro and has for over ten years, this is unacceptable practicing and manipulation. The employees get a commission for all activations, all transactions and new lines. So he lied to get his. Escalating this up the chain of Regional Management.

I was there on Thursday or Friday but I was helped by a girl named April she was extremely helpful with me she was trying to help me with my phone because it wasn't working right and I ended up buying two phones since I had my phones since 2018 they were pretty old and my husband's phone was bad anyways but she was extremely helpful with everything I needed I can't say enough about her she was very respectful helpful and patient. She was an extremely nice girl with lot of patience and respect and had very good customer service I just can't say enough about her I rate her 110% or even above.
